Went to Vin's Motor Pte Ltd at Sin Ming to file an insurance report after I got rear-ended. I was attended to by Elaine, who was really friendly and helpful in not only filing the report, but also explaining each step of the process and what to expect. I was also appreciative of her finding a replacement car that suited my needs (needed one with ISOFIX) while my car was at the workshop. Thanks to Raymond Teo, I had a worry-free experience in accident reporting, claiming and getting the damaged bumper fixed in a week. The process was smooth, reassuring as Raymond (who was on my case) constantly update on the progress of the entire episode.
Kudos to him, I was able to get the car fast and settled the insurance without any fanfare.
The workmanship of the repair is fantastic too. As good as new.

When informed of car issues they are able to determine what may have cause the car issue and recommend you cost saving solution. For claim wise, they are familiar with what you described and able to draw out the conclusion on claim advices. They promptly answer your questions and check with you on what your options are. Due to an accident recently, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Eric Sin whom has provided excellent servicing and detailed explanation of the entire repair and claims process throughout the time I was at the service centre. As a novice to accident repairs, it was great that Eric had the attitude and knowledge to help answer any questions and provide a regular update on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair period. He also tried his best to get my car ready and did multiple QC checks before releasing my car to me in its best condition. our vehicle was hit by a truck recently. I met agent, Elaine, from Vin's. She is very patient to give guidance on follow up and direction to her workshop. when I arrive, replacement vehicle was also ready and she handled all paperwork for me professionally. She also showed extra care to check on our wellbeing and advice of the follow up with medical check if necessary. Workshop is very professional to explain the repair and warrant of repair to me. Had a fantastic experience at Vin's Automotive. Especially thankful for Raymond and team's help and assistance on my case. Met with a hit and run case late last year. Despite being pessimistic about the case myself, Raymond was suggesting about the ways to go about with this and advising on the proper channel to go about making the best of my situation. Was fortunate enough that we ended up making this claim go through and am really happy with the end result of the repairs done to my car. Not only was it done within a couple of days, but I receive my car in shining and polished condition. My car now looks brand new ! Thank you to Raymond and his team!

I was being served by him on Tuesday 16 Jan 2024 9am, for the repair of a dented door and fresh coat of paint sprayed. My car met with a traffic accident . After much deliberation, I went to Vins Motor because it was my insurance panel workshop. I was attended by claim executive Ms Elaine . Elaine was very helpful and attentive while we made the traffic accident report. she also advised me to report to the relevant authorities. My car was repaired within a week.
