My car was repaired through insurance claim through Vin's motor Pte Ltd. Elaine processed my claim on the other party and arranged for a replacement car. The turnaround for the repair was timely in about 3 days. The total claim was also made on the other party. Throughout the process, Elaine kept in touch with me to ensure that I'm updated. Best service!

Went to Vin's to make an insurance claim and the staff there Eric made the experience smooth and reassuring. His followup was very good and the quality of the body repair works at Vin's is of high quality. Highly recommended!
