Went to Vin's motor workshop for normal car servicing.
Great compliments to Louis who had assist me on the various car servicing I need for my car.

Keep up the good job and they had a big team which my car is ready within 2 hours. They had washed my car before they hand over to me.

I got into an accident 2 weeks ago and Vin's car workshop was on the approved list for my car insurance company. We checked the reviews and it was generally positive, hence we asked the tow truck to send it there.

The following morning Raymond called me up and arranged everything. He briefed me on the insurance procedure and handholded me through the entire process. It was seamless and very professionally done. I decided to do my regular servicing there too plus other touch up work for my 10 year old C200.

Overall very impressed with the follow up from Raymond and he even offered me a replacement car FOC as the additional work required more days.

I am seriously considering doing my servicing there now as they will also provide a 1 year review after my accident repairs too. Highly recommended. Pricing wise, it was also very reasonable compared to other workshops for similiar work done.

Won a contest ran by SGCarmart, servicing vouchers at Vin's before Covid19. Fast forward, phase 2 and managed to book a servicing slot online. The person (I did not managed to get his name) attended to me was very friendly and helpful, conveying all the queries and messages I had. Servicing was done at another unit, was told not allow to view and to wait at their main unit, which had a negative point. Servicing was done quite fast and comparable to other WS. They only carry one type of engine oil. Overall left on a positive note.

I would like to extend my feedback on the professionalism shown by Raymond and his boss Vincent. Before the repair works, Raymond called and requested that I meet up with him at the workshop so that he could explain to me in person what repairs will be carried out. Given that mine was a bulk repair, he highlighted clearly what will be replaced brand new and what will be sought in the used market. With my concurrence, he then proceeded with the repair. Throughout the process, Raymond was kind enough to update me accordingly and the repair works were completed ahead of schedule.

I have since driven my car for a week and all is good thus far. To be honest, I was apprehensive at the onset about performing the repair works outside of Authorized Dealer. But the positive experience at Vin's has changed that.

I will like to give my feedback on my car repair works done by Vin's Motor. I'm very happy with their services and repair work done on my car. Not only I'm given the best assurance from them, they manage to get my repair work completed within a month which is so much faster as compared to BMW body care.

I'm appreciate their hard work and many thanks to their help during the period of my accident. Thanks!

Vincent, Galvin, and their staffs exhibited professionalism in dealing with my case right from the start. Vincent and his team certainly lived by their Mission Statement – “By placing customer service as our top priority, we strive to ensure that each customer leaves our workshop knowing that all of their concerns have been addressed”.

Vin’S Motor showed great interest in meeting my immediate need to have a car for work and running daily errant; By lending me a car at no cost. It also served as an assurance that the non-tangible cost of waiting for the car to be repaired was not solely borne by me.

Vin’S Motor workshop mechanics were knowledgeable and experienced. I was surprised when they told me that the damage of my car was not as bad as I was told by another workshop which my insurer first referred me to. Had they recommended Vin’S Motor to me initially, I would not have waited unnecessarily for 3 weeks merely for assessment (though it was during Chinese New Year); Not to mention that they had offered to pay for my car to be scrapped.

During repair, Vin’S Motor updated me proactively on the progress and consulted me before making decision in changing some parts. After repair, Vincent and Galvin called personally to ensure all was well with my car.

My vehicle has gone for its repair works with Vin's Motor under my insurance officer's recommendations and I have been very satisfied with their service.

Mr Vincent was so kind that the first call he made to me was enough to make me put all my trust in him. He was generous to let me have a courtesy car out of good will knowing that I will need transportation for work.

He managed to complete repairs within the stipulated time frame that he gave and I am also very satisfied with his after sales service. He is very easily contactable when I needed to speak to him.

From all the worries and troubles that I was facing in the beginning after that accident, your recommendation with Vin's Motor has been such a great relief.

I would like to thank Mr Vincent for helping me out.

Met with accident. Car dealer workshop then charged exuberant price and Insurance declared Total Loss.

AXA referred to Vincent for his expert opinion.

Without obligation, he offered to do inspection and also threw in courtesy car for duration of inspection. Upon confirmation and assurance that repairs could be done at much reasonable prices, Vincent extended the courtesy car for entirety of the repair duration.

Vincent took the time to explain the repair process and was very transparent in sharing the parts replaced and repaired.

Got back the car as good as new.
Process was smooth from start to end; Vincent was very professional throughout, and with great sincerity.

Very good customer service experience; Recommend Vin's Motor if encounter such cases.
