Person in charge Raymond was friendly, helpful and resourceful. I approached 3 workshops to make a clear cut motor accident claim. However, the process they gave was either time consuming or with certain uncertainties. I had called Vin's Motor to ascertain their experience and knowledge, and Raymond is a gem. He gave me a very clear explanation of their experience with Audi cars and what ""clinched the deal"" was when he mentioned there is a 1 year warranty for the repair. He also took pictures of my car dents and kinks, and proactively informed me that they will fix them as well. WOW!
