Famous YouTuber and Twitch streamer Jordan Maron, also known as CaptainSparklez, has taken delivery of his very own BAC Mono R.
The car was delivered at BAC's new facility in Newport Beach, California, after a customisation process that is said to have started in September 2022. This process saw the BAC design team working hand-in-hand with Jordan and delivering multiple renders at each project step to ensure that his Mono R is a flawless variant of his principal vision.
Jordan's car sports a three-coat red carbon finish, which showcases BAC's graphene-infused carbon technology. This finish is contrasted against Sunburst Gold accents, which appear as a gloss tint that is also applied primarily to one side of the car's body and the sidepod. The BAC Mono R also gets carbon hybrid wheels that come finished in the Sunburst Gold colour.
This use of gold accents also extends to the interior of the customised BAC Mono R, which gets the colour applied to its seat stitching and the peak of its steering wheel. Jordan is said to also have been flown to BAC's state-of-the-art headquarters in the U.K. for a tailoring experience that saw the BAC engineering team engineering an original seat design that corresponds to Jordan's specific body contours as well as an optimised steering wheel that meets his own requirements.
The BAC Mono R makes use of a naturally aspirated 2.5-litre engine that revs to 8,800rom and develops a total of 343bhp and 330Nm of torque. Combined with its lightweight graphene-infused carbon structure, the car can reach 96km/h from a standstill in just 2.5 seconds.
