The XPENG X9 takes centre stage at new showroom opening

Just months after the introduction of XPENG to Singapore's market with a pop-up showroom in town, the brand has placed a great number of its G6 SUVs on the local roads. Following the successful launch of the EV brand here, XPENG celebrates the official opening of its flagship showroom located at 281 Alexandra Road, it also took the opportunity to unveil the next car that it is bringing to Singapore's market - the X9 MPV.
On this special occasion, the XPENG X9 took the spot right in front of the showroom's massive 12m LED wall that is usually reserved for the entire lineup of XPENG's latest EVs.
To celebrate the special occasion, XPENG planned a fun-filled night with photo booth, plenty of food and drinks, along with a live performance by local band 53A

The XPENG X9 is a large 7-seater MPV built on the brand's SEPA2.0 architecture. It has been built with technology, luxury and comfort in mind.

Equipped with a 23-speaker Xopera Audio System and a specially designed Windless Surrounding Central Air Conditioning system that produces a gentle, comfortable breeze, the X9's cabin is a comfortable and well-equipped space.

The second-row passengers will also get to enjoy the zero-gravity chair that is designed with ergonomics in mind - additional features such as ventilation and ten-point massage functions further add to the relaxing experience offered by these seats.
And that isn't all, the SEPA 2.0 architecture ensures comfort, safety and performance. The X9 features an 83% high-strength steel-aluminium hybrid body that offers superb rear collision protection. Equipped with front and rear aluminium die-casted structures that has been forged with the world's largest die-casting machine, the X9 has a torsional rigidity of 46,000Nm. On top of the rigid body, the X9 is equipped with 70.9l Extra Large Side Curtain Airbags to further ensure safety in the event of an accident. An intelligent Dual Chamber Air Suspension with hydraulic bushings and an intelligent chassis control system works to offer comfort with superior manoeuvrability.
The XPENG X9 will be available in two variants: Standard Range and Long Range. Both variants are front-wheel drive and will offer a WLTP Range of 480km and 575km respectively.
