Think you have what it takes to work at Rolls-Royce?
The firm has announced that applications for its 2024 apprenticeship programme - one of the most respected and prestigious of its kind in the U.K. - are now open.
Available to applicants are Level 2 Apprenticeships, said to be suitable for those leaving school after their GCSEs. These apprenticeships will work in areas including the trim centre, technical assembly, sewing, the interior surface centre, and robot operations. Level 3 opportunities are also available in areas including milling machining, the exterior surface centre, and assemble test and finish.
Those seeking an alternative to the traditional university route after A-levels can also apply for the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships in areas including digitalisation, product development, technical planning, quality and production control, as well as assembly quality.
Rolls-Royce states that apprentices may be invited to extend their time at Goodwood and study for more advanced qualifications after their initial training, and those who attain high standards throughout their training may be offered a permanent job within the company.
The Rolls-Royce apprenticeships are said to offer unrivalled practical training and professional development, alongside the opportunity to work with experienced specialists at the home of Rolls-Royce. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible (via the Rolls-Royce careers page here), as places are said to be limited.
