Porsche AG and ClearMotion sign a cooperation agreement

ClearMotion, a specialist in the development of innovative chassis systems, and Porsche AG have signed an agreement to collaborate in the world of advanced chassis systems. The agreement is expected to further increase the already high performance of the chassis of Porsche's models.
On top of the agreement, Porsche and ClearMotion have also signed a license agreement. The two brands will be collaborating on ClearMotion1, a high-bandwidth active suspension technology, and RoadMotion, a road surface fingerprinting software for proactive chassis control.
Porsche states that this agreement is meant to evaluate the possibility of an even closer cooperation with ClearMotion in the future. The brand also hints at the possibility of the technology created under this agreement to be used by other brands with the Volkswagen Group, one of Porsche AG's parent companies.
