Porsche has released official high-resolution images for the second gen Cayman coupe, which is on showcase at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The sleeker looking new Cayman Mk2 sports a redesigned front bumper and a reworked boot lid, otherwise retaining all of its goodness from the roadster. It will also continue to be available in two trims.
The base model is fitted with a 2.7-litre flat six producing 275bhp, a 10bhp boost over the Boxster, and the 'S' variant powered by a 3.4-litre boxer engine producing 325bhp, a likewise 10bhp boost over its roadster sibling.

The new Cayman coupe is the hard-top sibling of the fourth generation Boxster roadster (981) revealed in the beginning of 2012. Compared to its predecessor, Porsche's designers have done a better job this time in integrating the roof onto the Boxster's body.
