Managing a customer who just met an car accident , resolving their anxieties and worries requires experience and resources.
VMS has been displayed professionalism, with an humble attitude building trustworthy communication ,necessitates using logical, rational, and explainable techniques rather than relying on chance or keep asking customer to read prints on insurance claims.

Recently, I had an accident and worked with Danny, at Sim Ming Outlet, to file the claim. Danny provided clear explanations of the processes, and the filing session lasted only about 7-10 minutes. He promptly updated me on the repair progress. When it came time to pick up the car, the process was smooth, with clear explanations of what was replaced, and it was fast. For a few days, I was in a shocked after I had an accident. My car was towed to Complete VMS because they were the approved workshop for Income. When I was informed by Income that Complete VMS took the job. I went online to check out the company. The reviews are EXCELLENT. With a lot of trust, I waited for about a week and I called the office. I was then informed that the car is ready for collection! The entire process was smooth and painless. When I went over to collect the car, Complete VMS cleaned and polished my car. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism and support as well as the workmanship. Special shoutout to Mr Darren Chiu for expediting the repair works for my car. Was informed will take 2 weeks to repair but it was ready for me to collect in just 1 week. Very happy with his service. Mr Chiu was very friendly and kind. He gave very good advice and was very patient in explaining what I ignorant. He was very honest and sincere. Joyce from complete VMS have been extremely helpful since day 1 when I had an accident and the workshop did an extremely good job in fixing the back of my car as well. She’s really helpful when doing the insurance claim and advice all process really thoroughly. Got into an accident and had to send my car to them for an inspection. The staff were very helpful in reviewing my incident and handling my case for me. Did my servicing with them as well. As a female, going to workshop has never been a comfortable experience for me but the service at Complete VMS totally changed my impression. Our car met with an accident and we were recommended a few workshops by Income Motor Insurance. We went ahead with Complete VMS Pte Ltd. The damage assessment and repair were fuss-free and completed earlier than expected. We had a replacement car to use while the car was in repair, a decent and easy-to-drive car. The car was returned in good working condition after the repairs, car was included as well. Went to Complete VMS (Soon Lee branch) to do accident claim. Smooth and hassle free. Fast as well. Friendly and well-informed staffs and mechanics. Jiaen attended to me and she was wonderful thru out. The other girl was friendly and helpful as well. Minor repairs but can feel the difference in driving before n after the repair. I had an accident and came to Complete VMS because they were the approved workshop for Income. Joyce guided me through the process since this was my first time. She was patient and helpful in answering my 101 questions and followed through with the claims + repairs handling. The entire process was smooth and painless, and she kept me updated regularly. The replacement of 2 doors on my BMW was impeccably done, and Complete VMS even polished my rims and cleaned up the car nicely. I just got an accident and come to complete vms at 5 soon lee street to do reporting, and I need to claim my own damage then the staff in soon lee really friendly they explain to me the procedure how to claim my own insurance. However they give me estimate 7 days but they finished in 5 days and they provide free servicing when you first joined their free membership and the servicing include checking my car if anything wrong and they also vacuum my car, very helpful staff and really satisfied with their service with me and my car. :) - Meen, Owner of Mazda 3 SMC10--P

I was attended to by Joyce Wong at Complete VMS (Sin Ming Drive). Really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism in offering good and sound advice, especially to someone who got into an accident for the first time, knowing close to nothing about reporting the incident and the how-about to settle the matter privately with the other party (e.g., what are some of the things to look out for etc.), and waiting patiently while I communicated back and forth with the other party to settle the costing and payment of the repairs.
