Logged my accident report with Complete VMS and they are subsequently assigned by my insurer to repair my car. Overall experience was excellent, Darren and staffs are very helpful and patient in explaining about the accident reporting process and their services. Collected my car within 1 week, 9 days ahead of projected timeline. I am not a car person but on first impression, i can see the job is well done and they even assist to spruce up the interior of my car during the repairs. Been servicing for the past 10 years. Very professional and honest. They are also fast and efficient in their delivery. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable workshop. Today again I was impressed by their services. Since the is a used car there were some issues that required thorough checking and changing of parts. However Mr Sia gave me a detailed explanation and helped me to cut most of the cost and avoided changing some unnecessary parts. Usually this is not the case in some workshops. I have always ended up with unpleasant encounters and experiences. And I also have to mention the girl at the reception Jiaen who has been very professional and helpful and has made my day. Damn good Car Repair shop, got into an accident a few days ago, hit my car and ran, they helped me to chase for repair damages, even settle the paperwork for me. Furthermore, they went the extra mile to update me on the progress of the repair over time and told me what has been changed. Contrary to typical car repair shop where they dishonestly charge customers/ slack on repairs ; Complete VMS is really transparent about costing and perform their service ethically. Their service is superb! They are prompt and they have a claim consultant to bring you through the process. I had my piece of mind with my car handled to them. They gave prompt update of the repairs.
