I was searching around for a good paint protection workshop and after looking through CS-II, New Age and Ace, I finally decided on 5D. To be honest, all 4 are very competitive and all are certified workshops. What got my attention was Sam from 5D who attended to my queries from the website all the way with prompt follow-ups via WhatsApp. I decided to give 5D a shot!

I had my Qashqai done up by 5D one week ago and so far the paint protection has done its job. Any debris are easily washed away without much effort to clear them. It may be early days so time will tell if it remains as good, afterall, it comes with 7 year warranty.

During the process, i like the constant updates that the team was doing to my car, it gives me a sense of assurance that my car is in good hands. Sam was very professional in explaining all entire process and you just know that your car will be in safe and good hands with the team.

I will definitely recommend 5D to folks who are concern about workmanship and having the assurance that your car is taken good care while you are away. Two-Thumbs Up for me!

Did my research and checked around for recommendations about the different types and grades of coating options before committing to 5D Solutions/New Age Polish. I first found them when doing research on Car Fumigation and later on was surprised to find out they did car protection coating as well. Mike in particular was top notch in service standards, and quickly gave me the run down on the price, their quality standards and the downtime needed. One thing i like is that even though they know i'm looking at other competitors services, they don't badmouth them. Instead, Mike chooses to show the focus on excellent service and top grade products from Taiwan they use. I went down to the workshop intending to only do the exterior coating but i got the opportunity to see how the staff there commit to each and every vehicle and end up choosing to do both exterior and interior coating thanks to Mike's recommendation. My car now looks and feels great from inside and out. I like the professionalism that Sam and his team shows, he explained to me thoroughly about the entire coating process before the operation and bring me around the car to look for paint damages (which to my surprise there is slight scratches even tho its a new car). During the operation, he gave me constant update on the progress and I’M appreciative of that. After the coating, he walked me through how to take care of the car and certain areas to look out for.

The result is really good and the car looks a lot glossier. Can’T comment on the durability but time will tell.

I will definitely come back for their car wash and recommend to my friends!

Sam explained to me thoroughly about the entire coating process before the operation and bring me around the car to look for paint damages (which to my surprise there is slight scratches even tho its a new car). Got my new Hyundai Ioniq treated (3 layers) on Sunday , 16 Jul 2017. Also got my interior treated. Job nicely done by Gabriel and his men. DISLIKES: a. High cost. It's about 3 times the cost for similar "in-house" products of other companies. b. Car mats should have been treated with water resistant spray as well, not just the carpets. LIKES: a. Great service by Gabriel. No hard-sell, hands-on boss, good knowledge of product and the industry. b. Assurance that product used is Genuine. c. Willingness to listen to customer's remark about problem areas after treatment and did on-the-spot rectification. d. Did my spare tire and rim gratis. e. While I was researching on PPS, I came across 5D solutions Gabriel from 5D is absolutely awesome! He not only promptly reply to my queries but also enthusiastically share additional infos with me. He did not bad mouth about his competitors even when I revealed my alternative options to him. What he did was highlighting the strengths of his services and gave me the assurance that he and his team will always commit their best to every car handed to them. Thinking that customer service is definitely not the sole consideration factor that will make me decide on a purchase, I took a couple of days to further research on the options on hand.
