I was looking around for a workshop that offers paint protection and car grooming services. There are many types of paint protection product that you can find on the internet. I did a research and stumble upon 5D Solutions and i gave them a call. Sam attended to all my queries about their paint protection package. So i took a chance on 5D Solutions and went down to their workshop to know more about their product and services. I was amazed by Sam's professionalism as he explained to me about the entire coating process and as he bring me around the car to look for paint scratches and what to expect on the whole end product. After i've spoken to Sam, i decided to take up on the Extreme Plus + Full Interior Package. Sam send me a constant update on the progress via whatsapp, so that i would know which process stage my car is at. I remembered that it took quite a while for my car to finish as it was a raining on that day. It was past their working hours and they still work through the extra hours to make sure that the coating is good to go. They went the extra mile to make sure the end product is perfect and this is what i call an excellent service. I really appreciate it and satisfied with their overall service. It has been a challenging decision for me choosing to have my new Audi A5 sport back coated instead of other means of paint protection. I have looked into many websites and reviews and ended up with Sam studio at 5D Solutions. He has tried to explained to me about the coating itself along with the procedure details. After receiving my car, it looked very clean and a bit better than the look when I took it out from the showroom 2 days before. I was satisfied. I definitely will come back for wash and maintenance. There are many workshops in Singapore offering automotive services, finding a workshop that you trust and know will deliver quality is not easy though. When it comes to car grooming, paint protection, 5D Solutions Pte Ltd have my vote that for sure!! After spoken to Sam I decided to go for the exterior coating and interior grooming package. Before getting my new car, was advised by my colleagues to have it coated to prevent car paint get damaged due to our office is located at Jurong industrial area. After some research and spoken to Mike which explains and demonstrate their 5D coating products and proceess, and decided to land my new car in their hand for the exterior coating and interior gromming package. Sam provides very detailed explanation on the merits and how to take care on the advanced exterior package Kubebond 9H coating that I have selected for my Honda Civic. The coating really have water bleeding effect after recent heavy downpours and no water stains are observed after my car is completely dried.
