Will never patronize this outlet again. Purchased car battery with warranty only to realize when battery is faulty, your warranty is 'pro-rated' never heard about pro-rated warranties. Would you want to replace your battery there again. OF COURSE NOT. BEWARE OF SUCH SHOPS.

SMS the boss for a quote. Realise it is one of the cheapest in SG.
Went down because of my car DIN mounting, it unable to mount. However I insisted i want Eco-r. The technician figure out a way to mount the battery to comply with my request.

Got my full set of wheels (rims and tyres) changed at Soon Huat. Very knowledgeable and gave very good advice on what to change and ways to cut cost. Service is fast (avoid peak hours), excellent and attentive with good after-sales. Will definitely return and recommend them to friends.

Very comfort tyres. Sidewall not that firm compare to my prev Westlake SV308. Braking is good on dry surface. Recommended to install.

THis is my 2nd review of Soon Huat Tyres. Since my first review, I have since changed 1 set of tyres of my family car, and yesterday, another set of tyres for my work car.

My family car is well "Used" So once when I went back to do tyre rotation, they helped me to stick back one part of the fender that had come off due to an unfortunate meeting with the curb.

Then one of my headlights went kaput, and the official workshop said the only way to fix it is to change the entire headlight module at 1.2 K. Went to Soon Huat, and they managed to solve my problem for less than 100/-

Finally, my work car was feeling very bumpity over the weekend after putting in about 600 k in Malaysia. FIgured I'd bring it in for them to check through. True enough, the used car (8 year old car) tyres, though looking new, had uneven wear problems. SO they recommended changing the tyres. Had them also look at the shocks, and they opined they were ok.

All in all, I am very happy with their service and their customer engagement. Kelvin runs a good shop with good people.

Had rang up the mobile and asked the boss discount to the price my friend had in another workshop. He immediately said OK.
This price is absolutely lowest around Singapore.
After he answer fast, I also go and change although my Yuasa battery still ok (still can go extra 1 year). When reached there, 2 young men came and changed very fast. Tremendous service! For your info, I will 120% reccomend this workshop to all my friends, families,....

Visited this shop on 25th Sept 2014 at 645pm
It was close to their closing time (7pm) but the staff were still courteous, polite and helpful. Service (change of four tyres) was efficiently completed. Staff had the proper expertise and experience to advice customers accordingly. Also spoke to the boss who was very approchable and shared his experiences willingly. No wonder this shop is a recommended merchant in this forum. EXCELLENT.

Just want to express my thanks to the Soon Huat Tyres and those reviewers that Soon Huat has touched that made me decided to call him for help... called the shop but no one answer, awhile later he called back and tell me will come in awhile time... $40 for instant repair of the tyre... friendly staff found out that the hole is too big to be mend so he help to change my ny spare tyres .. will be going down these few days to change tyres.

Dropped by Soon Huat to get my tyres rotated. I somehow managed to drop in during their slightly busy period (2 cars ahead of me) but yet they attended to me promptly and kept reassuring me that my tyres will be done soon. Tyres took ~15mins to be rotated, completed with wheel balancing and topping up of gas, all for $25.

Only sian thing is they used airgun to fully tighten the wheel nuts. Other than that, it's all good! Will definitely visit again.

Bad day. On the way to work then car batt flat. called soon huat and they came within 30mins. chope chope 10min change my batt good to go.

Few days later. battery flat again. call the boss, kelvin say probably alternator spoil but i was rushing to go work so he changed a battery for me first then later i go his workshop to change alternator.

when i reach the workshop, the mech checked and say my alternator was ok.

maybe i just got a dud batt. but kudos to them for their honesty and service.

price not the cheapest but still very reasonable, but peace of mind with a trusted mechanic is priceless.

Good customers service by Kelvin. This is my 3nd time visit this shop. Tires pricing better then outside. 2nd time is bring my friend over to charge set of tires n he also surprise by friendly Kelvin service n the tires pricing good also. thumb up SOON HUAT.

I have just gone for my Tyre rotation recently with Soon Huat.
Tyre rotation is free if you buy your from them. I think Kelvin is a very dedicated person to his job. You can see his shirt all tuck out from running around the shop. They also Top up the Nitrogen gases for me.

Even though it is free, i gave them $10 for tyre rotation to the workmen as to buy coffee for themselves.
