I was looking around to compare the prices of my car tyres and came across this tyres shop Soon Huat. From the enquiry, you can sense that they are very customer focus and will address any queries and issue raised. From the staff, Ah Yang to the boss Kelvin was so friendly and helpful to my queries. The prices of the tyres that I was searching for was the lowest in the market. The tyres sold includes free rotation for every 10k mileage and unlimited N2 top up as needed. They also provide 24 hours breakdown services as well Really a good deal..
Finally with all the friendly services, good prices and such a honest staff, it would be a pity to missed. I decided to replace 4 pieces of GoodYear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 that fit into my sport car. Strongly recommended for their honesty, workmanship, services, price and product. I seldom write review but this shop is definitely worth it. If they continue this way, I am confident that they will earned a lot of customer loyalty. Great job. Keep it up.

Just back from changing Nexen N9000 tyres from them.
Had a very pleasent experience with them.
Service staffs and Boss were very friendly and experienced. Consulted them on the need to install the rim protector, however, they explained that because my rims and tyres are odd sizes hence cant fit.
Definately appreciate their expertist and honest business ethics.

Highly recommended for an experienced and honest merchant.

Good service throughout. I called and told them my car was stuck at the side of the road. Ah Yang came and help me change to spare tyre. At the workshop, the owner was responsive and gave me good advise. Prices were good.

Change out my old yoko s drive with PS3, pricing is comparable to the famous shops at AMK. The new tyres also arrive right on time as the boss committed,1hr. Also requested to help clean up the rims, they obliged though that is not normally practiced, my rims now shine more than it did over last 2 years. Workers handled the rims with care, overall, very good experience. Good for people staying in the west, no need go AMK liao.

Went to change out all 4 shoes today. Met the boss and told him my requirements. Very friendly and patient in explaning different tyres, different pricing, not pushy and let you decide. Highly recommended! Got the Goodyear F1. Very quiet and went off happily.

Just changed a set of Dunlop Sportmaxx TT here last Sunday. Friendly service at a reasonable price. Totally satisfied.

I changed entire set for my Previa. The stock tyres did not have much wet grip. Spoke to Kelvin, as well as the technician for recommendations and they were quite upfront on some of their recommended tyres. I called one other place for Michelin XM2 (was also looking at the Pirellis but this place had no stock), and found the pricing to be slightly cheaper so went ahead to drop by the shop on Sunday morning. Was browsing a bit of the other accessories, and the tech had advised me against getting a rim protector. He could have made a few bucks but his honesty was much appreciated. Free top up of N2 gas and balancing/rotation for the life of the tyres. I will definitely buy my next set with them again.

Overall am a very satisfied customer. Have done 4 sets of tyres, different brands from them (total of 2 family cars). Never once did they fail to impress with their customer service even if it means going back to them just for rotation. I never really compare their prices quoted but I believe it will never be the most expensive in town. Anytime, I would go to SH as compared to AMK Ave10 where both the shops have good business going into their head that they lost their fundamentals on how they can exist.

Had my tyre puncture at carpark on 19Jan2012, 930pm, called for their onsite tyre repair. Serviceman come in 30min.Tyre kena 2 screws, hole too big, hence not able to patch. He help me switch to my spare tyre. As I am not free on next day working hour to go down their workshop change tyre, they are willing to do biz after office hr, I reach their workshop at 12am and completed 4 tyre switch at 130am. Price is reasonable, no mark up even after office hrs. Thumb up and Big Thanks.

Was looking for BS RE001 (made in Japan) and was out of stock at many places. Being replaced by RE002, but these were made in Thailand. Saw Soon Huat's advert for RE001 and decided to visit their shop in Toh Guan. Boss Kelvin and his mechanics were friendly, humble and approachable. The tyres were freshly made in japan DOM 2111 and there were quite plenty of sets left, a few sizes were available. Price was also very reasonable. Asked me for my preferred pressure to pump up my new tyres and was glad that they used N2. They offered 4x free rotation/balancing, as well as free N2 top up whenever needed. Also took the initative to cross-check my TPMS reading was matched to the pressure they pumped for me. A very good experience for me, the service and attitude of the people there were positive. For me, I've come across too many places where the bosses and workers have the unfriendly and can't-be-bothered attitude. That's why I feel this shop Soon Huat is worth my time to write a good review, for the benefit of others.

Purchased a motolite battery from them recently and was happy with the service rendered by the boss himself. He offered to take out several variants of the batteries from their boxes so that I can have a comparison of their sizes. And of cos, he was friendly and unassuming which made my purchase pleasant.

Changed to a new set of Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tires on 18th June 2011. Service provided by the boss & his staffs are good. They are willingly to give explanation on my queries & share their knowledge with me. Price wise also reasonable. Overall, satisfactory experience.
