I am a student from ITE College West and was sent to intern at Soon Xing Engineering for my Industrial Attachment for 20 weeks. During my internship here, I have learnt a lot of things that even ITE never taught me before such as removing the wheels from a vehicle, overhauling an engine, wheel balancing, servicing and many more. All of the skills that I have learnt cannot be achievable without my mentor, Allen, who has taught me a lot about cars and cannot thank him enough for teaching & advising me. Soon Xing Engineering have a good customer service and also provide good service from an experience worker. I learn how to remove gearbox, tyres, overhaul an engine and servicing different type of cars and also learn how to wash car in a professional way. I gain these experience from my mentor Ah Fei and Ah Boon. I also receive good advice from Mr Iqbal(Abu) and Kenny and they also support me from the beginning till the end of my Internship. Got an Atom servicing package and was on a promotion. Didn't expect much out of it since it is on promo and is my first time here so can't judge their standard but to my surprise, it was awesomely done. They are very professional and they even advised me on certain stuff i need to note for my car. It was a very pleasant experience and i would definitely wish to continue to support them. Good job.

Done servicing from a few places but not very pleased till I meet this particular place. The servicing is done professionally and only recommend when needed but will not force you into it. I remember that one of my suspension was leaking and they advice me for a change but i was out of budget that time so i told them maybe next time and that gladly accepted it. If for the previous place, they will grumble and push hard to get it changed. Staff are nice to get along with and they even have have pick up and delivery service which is really awesome so long to make arrangement early. My overall experience with this place is awesome so have decided to stick with them. If my company were to need fleet servicing i definitely will recommend them as well. Awesome job and keep the standard there.

I was referred by a friend to go Soon Xing to fix the flooding of both the driver and front passenger flooring. I was very impressed and totally WOW by their service commitment. Due to work schedule, Mei Juan arranged for my car to be picked up at my office. Alvin took over at the workshop. He examined the issue, follow up with calls, updated me throughout the process with status and photos of the work he did. Upon completion, my car was cleaned and delivered back For myself where work runs virtually back to back, I couldn't be more appreciative of the trust I can place upon Soon Xing Karl Chen
