Had sent my car for servicing. There I was greeted by the most of friendliest staff, Mr Abu. Told him of the servicing requirement and there he was quick to direct his staff to move and make ready the car within 45 minutes. Though there were other cars before me, he was quick in articulating my need for a fast job in-lieu of my jobscope. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the job done by the duty mechanic with all the checks done all inless than 45 minutes. Kudos to the Soon Xing for having fantastic staff and a super duper attitude towards customer service and second to none technical expertise. Cheers!!

Have recently visited Soon Xing engineering to get my servicing done and brakes replaced at a very reasonable pricing. The staffs are friendly and the service team is pretty professional the fact that they are able to catch some complicated issues with the vehicle that was left unsolved with the previous workshop that i visited. Am very pleased with the service and will definitely engage them again.

Chance upon this workshop in the West. Was approach by the one of the staff named Kenny. Told him of my intentions for my car and was given a thorough brief on the process. Met Abu who did a walkthrough with me on my car parts. Overall, workshop was kept neat and tidy. As a 1st visit, I'm totally impressed with the professionalism of the staffs. - Izzil Jumahat
