I'm driving a K3 (with Focal Utopia 3Way Setup) and the road noise is quite noisy. So I decided to go for sound proofing for the whole car.

I have googling/carouselling/Fb-ing on the merchant that provide sound proofing.

During the research, i saw Action Auto FB on their workmanship through their photo + the review was kinda of excellent and decided to walk in to their shop and understand more of sound proofing and their price range.

Ah Yong, who is the boss of the shop bring me around his shop and introduce me to his product. During the introduction, he shared with me that there is not need to sound proof the whole car and that only the Floor and Door are the key factor to road noise. (this give me the confidence and trust that he put customer problem first rather than earn their $$)

I would say the price is not the cheapest in the market, but rather their workmanship is one of the best i have been so far.

Subsequently, when the car became quieter, my Focal Utopia tuning was not very good done by another "Reputable" Car audio (kinda of regret letting them setup in the first place.

Hence, i decided to seek Ah Yong help to help me car tune. I would say there is a super huge difference between before and after tuning. Can hear that majiam the singer is just infront my me singing "Live". You can say me i'm exaggerating.. But trust me. It definitely value for the $$ u spend in this shop.

I will definitely intro to my friend who are interested in car audio.

Today come to Action Auto to replace my sub amp and install passive sub, after installation, Ah Yong and Ah Liang do a thorough sound check and found out my left hand speaker and tweeter was burnt out due to liquid damage, replaced the entire speakers set , I strongly recommended this place and sincerely recommended their workmanship. 5 Stars. will definitely visit them soon for audio enhancement. Went to a shop around Sin Ming to install a highly reviewed DSP on sgcarmart and I was very disappointed with the result. it was harsh, sharp and hollow sounding, yet the shop say it was a characteristic of my speakers and nothing can be done. Just mentioned next time should change to their speakers. To me, I think it was poorly tuned. Next I went to Action Auto and Ah Bing helped to resolved my issue by tuning the system very professionally. No more harshness yet with clarity and fullness to the music. Kudos to Ah Bing who service and helpfulness went beyond what I expected. I know where to go for my future upgrades! - Alan Chan

THE BEST CAR AUDIO INSTALLER AND TUNER I EVER MET

Went to other installer shops to enquire simple installation to upgrade my car sound system. Maybe i am driving a old car therefore, i am turned a blind eye. But luck is smiling on me and have a chance to come across Action Auto Pte Ltd.

Yong, very knowledgeable, skillful, technical and friendly guy who is able to explain everything in details to me. Despite his daily busy schedule he is still able to explain from layman's term to advance level patiently while he is doing installation in my car. He also ensure i am able to understand before he proceed to explain further. Truely a master in tuning.

Both Liang and Ping are very skillful with neat workmanship while i stand there to observe when they are doing the installation. They ensure all components connection are working perfectly and wires neatly arrange.

From initial intention to upgrade my passive set. I changed my setup to 2 way active follow by 3 way active all within 1 week.

Excellent workmanship from Yong, Ping and Liang. Truely an asset to this platform.

Definitely will go back to Action Auto Pte Ltd for more upgrades.

I am a very fussy customer. I own an industrial electric vehicle workshop so I know lousy workmanship when I see it. I am a home audiophile (valve amps).

These guys are good!

I was recommended a basic Maestro Speaker Upgrade. It is excellent. I was then recommended a Subwoofer add on. This was not sounding what I wanted but once we sorted out the sound proofing in the boot it made a 100% Improvement.

I am now going back to do basic door panel sound proofing.

Just gotten my ride and decided to shift my existing HU to the new car, went to a shop @ Ubi recommended by a friend. My new ride had the steering wheel controls and asked them to link it up. Those guys kept telling me its impossible to link up.

Went around a bit and saw Action Auto, even though they are closing for the day, they decided to stay and help me out, managed to link up everything to my steering controls.

The guys at Action Auto have a great knowledge of all their product and very helpful. Highly recommend to all.
