Excellent car rental company. Very easy and reliable service. The best so far I can say. Location was easy to find. I rentaled an Honda and the car was clean and smooth. The staff's are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Adam, Sebastian and Dexter. Surely a rental company to go to. Thank you guys once again. Will come back for more for sure.

I had the same experience with Ranata Loi on the delayed reply and non comprehensive response. I was just wondering if their business is too good and that's why they dont bother. There is no website with details of what are the rates, packages, availability, etc and they dont even bother to answer queries. - Leslie Lon

My recent attempt to reach out to this company left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I was eager to inquire about car availability for a specific date, having been referred to them by a colleague and a number of positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. After finding their contact information on Carousell, I decided to message Vincent on WhatsApp, hoping for a prompt and helpful response. However, I was met with complete silence, despite seeing the blue ticks indicating that my message was read. I considered the possibility that he might be busy, so I patiently waited for a response. Few days later, I reached out to another contact named Dexter on WhatsApp, hoping for better luck this time. Sadly, the same happened, and I received no response from Dexter either, despite the messages being marked as read. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If they are unable to even respond to simple inquiries, I can only imagine the kind of service they might provide during an actual transaction. It's best to avoid this company altogether and find a more reliable and customer-oriented alternative. - Ranata Loi

I have rented from this company a couple of times and their service was good. However, the last car (Civic) I rented from them was a terrible experience. At first on the day of collection, they told as it was an old car, the gearbox will have slight minor issue, to resolve I was told to just start up the car 5-10 min before driving. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as I faced multiple problems. 1. Car jerks very badly whenever pressing the throttle. 2. Car has a jerk whenever come to a stop. 3. There were a couple of times where I put the gear to drive & the car reversed, resulting in me hitting the back kerb. It could have been dangerous and ended up badly if I had parked the car in parallel parking lot instead. I believe All this issues that I just mentioned are serious car issues & I don't understand why I wasn't informed before booking the car rather being told on the day of collection. I did ask for a replacement car, unfortunately all the cars were taken. Moreover, my Family members felt very uncomfortable during the ride and I had to apologise to them multiple times whenever the car jerks. I would comfortably rate this car experience by far the worst ever and the price I paid was not justifiable at all. - rishi rajan
