took my jag to try out few mods & aesthetic enhancements..average/passable work but price marked up higher just for me because of car type - when same (my friend) being fixed coz of my suggestion, normal pricing due to jap car. typical dirty industry beware & keep lookout for particular salesman you may be dealing with.

very unpleasant experience. got an ICE set installed here and after 2 days my headlights explode and there's a burnt smell!! when i went to other shops to rectify e prob, they say that e previous shop which is SILENT install it anyhow and he even showed me e wirings!!! all messed up!! and thats e cause of it. when i went back to silent they charge me again n again for problems that was started by them. is this daylight robbery? its up to u to decide. before u even think of visiting this place, do yourself a big favour by thinking more than twice. there are many shops so i will jump to a next one.

Hi, just want to share with all my pleasant experience with Shan of Silent for her professional consultation advice on my ride after I have a front lip poorly done up at a recommended merchant in the West. Unlike that workshop, Shan was patient and she offered to take me through their customization process in their paint shop in Penjuru. I certainly recomend their services if you want professional work to dress up your ride. Btw, their retail outlet in Commonwealth is closed but you can still visit them at Penjuru.

Went there to get my customised front bumber fixed after it was very badly damaged by some hit and run at the carpark. To my surprise, they did a very good job in repairing and refurbishing it! I couldn't even see a single scratch and the spray paint was spotless. Was very skeptical at first due to some bad reviews and feedbacks by some users but they proved me wrong. Will not hesitate to come back again. Professional work and well done!!!

Did up my soundproofing and audio system there. Have to say the Sales staff there are very friendly and knowledgable. Tech know what they were doing. Constantly promp me on their method of installation and imforming me with the pros and cons. wa you people should see their showroom.. haha very poisoning. end up buying even more things while waiting. Thumps up to the staff that serve me there. Will definitely go there again for my bodykits. Best of all, after their installation they help me wash my car. Effect of sound Proofing say 60%. Audio 100%. Price still affordable. Will see you guys again. Thanks again Cheng Li, Ah Wei and the 2 other Technicians.

Went to do my interior wrapping on Jan 2010. Salesman Dexter say everything can, no problem. After paying, say my steering wheel too round cannot wrap properly and will peel off. Since when is a steering wheel square, oval or rectangle? Within 1mth, my wrapping starts to peel off making my handling so uncomfortable and ugly! No reply even after refer to CASE. Cheat my money and keep quiet after that. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy merchant.

Changed headlight bulbs with them. Pricing is ok, but the sales staff after seeing my car asked me which country it is from, which made me worried. Mechanic is not too bad.

Well stocked place for car accessories and slightly cheaper as compared to autobacs. Had my kelisa air scoop adjusted there for a nominal fee which i felt was very reasonable. Good and friendly service staff and mechanics.

I did sound-proofing and some audio accessories there 2 weeks ago. It was a very pleasant experience. Spent quite a sum there.. Will definitely go there again in future. Look for Chong. A very friendly and knowledgeable sales person.

Went for a re-spray for my tuscani and the paint work is well done. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is also very reasonable as compared to other paintshop. They are also open 24 (Commonwealth outlet) hence its good for people who do not have time in the morning.

Went to the Ubi branch and it was a nice place to visit as compared to its counterpart Autob**s, which is just across the street. Silent in Ubi has lesser crowd even on weekends and staff are friendly. Provides free labour for me when I change headlight bulbs. I do not need to wait for the service and even got a discount from list price. If you are around the area where Silent and Autob**cs are located, go to Silent for cheaper price, bargain and fast service. Staff there are friendly too!!!!

The prices are quite reasonable, but as Initial-B mention, the staff there is really friendly and also helpful.

disappointed that a recommended ICE installer did my wiring wrongly that led to totally no sound coming out from my front speakers! haiz! but to be fair, I'll need to commend the friendly staffs there...
