Extremely impolite staff
I called the company in order to enquire about the rental services. However, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. When I told her that I would like to rent the vehicle for a mere one day, she replied in an extremely impolite tone and rudely manner. Worse of all, she immediately hanged up the phone call after replying, 'Don't have lah, don't have lah."
