New BlackBerry storms into Singapore

BlackBerry's first touch-screen smartphone has reached Singapore and will be available at the end of April. Called the BlackBerry Storm, it features the world's first clickable touch-screen.

More importantly, the Storm also features built-in GPS. Users can choose to use BlackBerry Maps or download others, like Google Maps. While it doesn't function as a regular navigator and isn't suitable for use when driving, the system can display a direct route to guide you, based on your starting point and destination input.

The BlackBerry Storm offers a large, 3.25-inch display together with the industry's leading email and messaging capabilities, as well as many other powerful features, including 3G (HSPA) network support, desktop-style web pages, advanced multimedia capabilities, 3.2-megapixel camera and built-in GPS - all designed to give users a high-performance and intuitive mobile experience.
