XADO Atomic Metal Conditioner (AMC) 1 Stage Maximum Upgrade Version is the latest generation of XADO's metal conditioners that provides complete, tools-free restoration of worn metal surfaces in friction zones. We sat down with Roland Ng (RN), Manager Director of Rev Solutions Pte Ltd, authorised reseller of XADO products in Singapore, to better understand the product.
RN: XADO Atomic Metal Conditioner (AMC) Maximum is a treatment product for your engine. It has a three component (3C) effect which includes the Sliding Agent, Metal Conditioner and the proprietary ingredient, Revitalizant. Not only does it offer superior lubricating effects compared to other additives, XADO AMC actually helps to repair and revitalise your engine as well. The Revitalizant agent in the AMC creates a protective layer of ceramic-metal coating (a material five times stronger than steel) that lasts for 100,000km. It will fill scratches and friction induced wear, before coating the treated metal with a self-regulating layer of ceramic-metal, which helps to prevent or significantly reduce future wear.
SGCM: What unique benefits does XADO AMC have?
RN: It helps to repair the engine and helps bring it back to life. The Revitalizant will begin its treatment immediately after it is introduced into the engine and after running in of about 1,500km, the treatment is considered complete, while the rest of the components (Metal Conditioner and Sliding Agent) will continue to perform its job as a superior lubricating additive until your next oil change. It can treat up to 0.2mm of scratches, while also protecting the engine against wear and tear that comes with regular usage. The effect is an improvement in both the power and compression levels of the engine, making the engine run better, smoother and more efficiently. The Upgrade Version is specially manufactured for Asian markets, more suited to our weather and climate. XADO AMC is also TUV certified, so you can be sure that you are getting a high quality product that has been extensively tested.
SGCM: For a typical consumer, how would you recommend them to go about using your products?
SGCM: Does it make a difference the kind of car the consumer is driving?
RN: Most definitely not. XADO AMC can be used in all makes of cars, and is suitable for all engines with absolutely no restrictions. XADO actually also has products for commercial vehicles, motorbikes and industrial vehicles as well.
SGCM: What range of XADO products are available?
RN: We carry an extensive range of XADO products which includes AMCs, Revitalizants (EX120 series), Engine oils (Atomic Oils Series), transmission oils, and all forms of greases and lubricants. All of the above products contain Revitalizant.

To find out the feedback that consumers have about XADO AMC, we spoke to Edward Ng (EN), one of the B2B customers for XADO products. His workshop is one of the authorised dealers for XADO products, and we wanted to know if customers were taking well to this new product.
EN: Customer feedback to XADO AMC has been very positive. Many customers who have used the product have told me that they can definitely feel a difference in the engines performance, and especially in terms of fuel consumption. And I have witnessed the treatment effects as well. For example, I had one customer who drives a Forester, and he was facing significant oil loss problems, and had to regularly top up oil every 5,000km. So I recommended him to try XADO, and after the treatment process, the problem actually went away.
SGCM: What are some of the noticeable differences that consumers have mentioned to you?
EN: Definitely better and smoother engine performance, and also an improvement in fuel efficiency. One of my regular customers told me that his range for one full tank went up by 50km to 80km after using XADO AMC.
SGCM: What is the process of applying the Revitalizant like?
EN: It is really very straight forward; when you do your oil change, you just add in the XADO AMC after topping up the engine oil. After 1500km of driving the car, the revitalization process will be complete.
SGCM: In your opinion, how does this product stack up against other products you have carried?
EN: I must say that it performs the best among all the different products I have tested and carried. Actually my background is in additive products, and over the years I have thoroughly tested a lot of different brands and types, and XADO is definitely up there. Once in awhile you go for a facial treatment, but to complement that you will use facial products like creams or cleansers to maintain the effects of the treatment. It's the same with XADO AMC. AMC Maximum is a treatment product that can be complemented with maintenance products like AMC Tuning, as well as XADO Atomic Oil, which contains 5.5 percent of the Revitalizant as well.
