Have recently owed this set of tyres and was quite happy with my purchase. I purchased them based on the price and other customers reviews. I'm glad that I listened to the reviews. These tyres are very quiet and handle really well. I had them installed just in time for the monsoon period. I've been able to feel how they handle both in wet and dry traction. It's definitely a great buy. However, I would like to explore more tyres and try others as well.

These set of Kumho Solus KH18 are excellent. They give me total confidence in my car, even on the wet. I love the way that when driving home on a wet night, these tyres look after me. If I am going too fast into a corner, the car just goes round with no fuss. Sure the car handles well but the tyres are what holds onto the road. A good sign with these tyres is that the grip is still good on wet roads even when the tread is well worn down. At the tread limit there is a bit of understeering and a bit more noise, but still very predictable handling. So good, in fact I didn't realise how worn the tyres were getting.

What I like
Provides utmost confidence when driving in dry or wet conditions, reasonable traction

What I do not like
Soft sidewalls makes cornering less comfortable eg. roll

Fitted a set of 4 of these Kumho tyres, replacing the old, leaky and worn tyres. Of course the car was transformed but like all Kumho tyres, they are very well balanced. They roll smoothly and quietly, appropriate for my car! Being very heavy and soft, the handling of the car isn't brilliant anyway, but these stick to the road and provides very confident drives, it wont easily overcome the tyres in normal or even spirited driving. Off the line traction is great with no wheelspin. At high speeds there is no vibration and no tramlining, which these cars are prone too. I like Kumho tyres and these are no exception, also great value in this expensive size, highly recommended. They are also very resistant to aquaplaning and looks fabulous too. Another plus point is the sidewalls look great with tyre shine on!

What I like
Grips very well on dry and wet tarmac, along with excellent performance round corners and ultimate traction off the line.

What I do not like
They don't last all that long, since the performance is great, these tyres wear quite easily.

Excellent wet grip, even awesome dry grip. Its a great, safe, sticky and predictable set of tyres that I would recommend to almost anyone! Going through trecherous bends would be made easy with these Kumho Solus KH18, with stiff sidewalls to ensure minimum wobbling while cornering. What some of my friends comment was that these tyres feel to slow and lethargic due to its really sticky effect with the tarmac. I just love how these Kumho Solus KH18 works.

What I like
Loving how it performs so well, along with giving you the comfort needed.

What I do not like
Being real sticky, steering may be a bummer.

Review
I had driven over 25000 kms on them now, and they do give me a much smoother ride, handles very well, and I have driven the rain three times so far without a slip. I feel very secure with the tires on my ride. The noise on these were marginal - they are quite loud. Do remember that these are not for touring. I bought these tires because they were a great tire at the price I could afford. These are very good tires for the price, I am very satisfied with their performance.

What I like
Grips well on the tarmac, drives smoothly while cruising on the expressway, and handles well!

What I do not like
These aren’t performance tyres, thus performance-tyres lovers should not consider this.
