I have installed many sound systems in the past but after the installation of the Esatto RO-D8 Dsp, the listening experience is totally different. The clarity and separation was so fine that the feeling of inclusion made me felt at home .
What I like
The detail calibration of sound allows the system to bring out true to life listening experience.
What I do not like
Not at the moment.

Just swapped out my Audison 5.9 for the Esatto Rispetto RO-D8.. I have an active setup so needed a DSP with more channels, so settled for this model despite the higher price tag as compared to the Esatto Comado. It is a pure DSP without a built in amplifier. However, the sound quality it produces more than makes up for it. Without changing the speakers that I currently have, it expanded the entire sound stage of my car. Gives a feeling that you are listening to music in a concert hall, and in a wide open space, but yet it still has clarity. The tuning software is also very intuitive and gives the user a lot more control over tuning the DSP. One advantage it has over a lot of other DSP in the market is the ability to stream your music through bluetooth directly through the DSP and out from the speakers, where no quality of your music is lost in transition. It also gives you 8 customs settings which you can tune and set the DSP which can be easily changed through an app on your handphone.
What I like
- Sound quality it produces is way above expectation
- 8 customizable settings
- able to change the volume and customs setting with ease through an app
- Direct connection to DSP from phone, giving lossless sound quality.
What I do not like
- no built in amp (debatable)

I have been using the Audison 8.9 DSP for a while and was reasonably happy with it. However, when I auditioned the Esatto RO-D8 DSP during our car club meet up recently, I have decided it was time to move on and upgrade!
After installation by Ted from Autoimage Enterprise, the staging and imaging within the car opened up which we all felt the car becoming bigger. We can feel the presence of the performer up close yet experience the large environment where the performance was held! The clarity within the car and near real life reproduction from the DSP is beyond my expectation from a car stereo system. Thumbs up to Esatto RO-D8
