Review The S-Cross adds a new crossover to Suzuki's local lineup that should cater to fans of the brand with growing children. But is it a good pick?
What I like If cheap and cheery is what you're after the S-Cross has loads to offer. The plastics look cheap, sure, but there's quite the sporty red graphics on the steering wheel. And the whole car is nicely built - you might say it even captures quite a bit of bold SUV likeness - although I think many of the touches are a bit overdone.
Ok enough with the negatives - mash the throttle and the S-Cross is actually quite perky - don't let the numbers let you think otherwise.
It's soft and mushy without feeling too floaty at speed as well - which is definately a nice touch.
Suzuki's growing up! But still needs to put in some effort...

Review It's back, finally. Remember the Kizashi? Finally, there's a Suzuki that isn't designed for those without children. The S-Cross isn't exactly big, but that's really perfect for tacking our streets and multi-storeys.
What I like The drivetrain is actually quite peppy in this S-Cross. The car feels brisk if you opt to throw it about, and is actually fairly fun to steer, even if the steering is light and vague.
The wheel itself is quite the sporty item though, with its red backlit text.
It's a straightforward car that is friendly on the wallet, easy to drive, and just downright comfortable motoring for everyone.
What I do not like Exterior design is a little uncohesive. There's a big rear bumper... for some reason. Big grille, presumably because that's tending now, but all these just sit there on the car without being merged into its lines or anything.

Other than the plastics? Nah.
