Went to had my exhaust tip shifted down after body kit change, all is good till a week after where rattling happens. They basically denied any form of possibility of mistake on their end. Requested evidence etc etc, hello y'all didn't ask me to take photo for warranty evidence. But shortly when have problem. Y'all say no photo too bad. Staff was rude also. Make you wait and wait but never say wait for how long. Wait till he go missing, den another staff come ask me how come you're waiting, before u get served. They also damn rude, while trying to talk to them about the issue, they walked off rudely halfway through the conversation, saying that they can refuse to help if they are not happy. Wow, think twice before going, they can help u once, but their warranty many hidden T&C I tell u. Ask clearly before u walk out of their shop

Went down to replace my rear shock absorbers , due to wear and tear. ( honda jazz 1.5) *i prefer to stick to Original honda parts, just a personal preference. They ordered the parts and got it fixed . The mechanics are professional , welcoming ,and no hard selling at all. I was also interested in their LTA approved Tanabe exhaust . They explained to me the installation process . And got all the paper work done. Very experienced and friendly boss and mechanics. They patiently answered all of my questions . Simply amazing and immaculate service. Highly reccomend everyone to visit this workshop. Arguably one of the best workshop experiences I have had so far. I was having a boost leak issue coming from the charge pipe of my car, stock parts were not available for at least 2 months. I was really feeling super frustrated and not knowing what I should do. Thankfully I met Mr Ah hua. Who solved all my problems with a custom charge pipe fabricated to perfection in 2 hours. Considering the complexity of my car (renault) I can't believe he managed to pull it off so quickly. To me he felt like a modern day black Smith. Pricing was also affordable. I simply can't thank him enough. All my boost leak problems have been resolved. And he also went the extra mile to do precautionary checks for my car. Seriously blessed to have met him.
