First servicing done in Lay Auto for my new car. The location to the workshop is easily accessible. The workshop is spacious and organized, unlike those in the ubi and kaki bukit area. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I was led to the lounge area at level by a sweet-looking lady, Fiona. The lounge is located within the office and makes one really feel at home as if you are in your own living room, filled with snacks and drinks.
