Mazda service centre spoilt my IU  Posted on 24-Jan-2024
Awful servicing job on my car SLC99--M. Brought it in for servicing on 23 Jan 24. Changed air filter cover, battery and got new camera installed. After that, my IU stopped working. Staff deny any responsibility but my IU was working well before the servicing. Staff just told me to go Vicom to replace IU at my own cost. You can buy a Mazda. Good car. Just get it serviced elsewhere. I'm now stuck at Vicom trying to get a new IU.

Mr Lim has been extremely helpful and was always available to help and guide us through every step of the process. Couldn't have expected any better service and I have to say that Mazda after sales service is truly world class and the staffs such as Mr Lim and Ms Lina makes customers like us extremely satisfied. Went for a complete respray for my coe renewed car. Change of color to white as well. Stephanie from eurokars was super detailed. Accomodated all my queries as well as went through the different colors available. Throughout the whole process also kept me updated on the progress. The end result was stunning. I also opted for their 3m coating and it was so well done i have sent my other car in for a coating too. All in eurokars body and paintwork department has far exceeded the industry standard. Kudos to Stephanie and the whole team there

I wanted to recognise Mr Derek Oh’s fabulous service. I drove in after a car accident on the eve of PH and the reception was closed, but Mr Oh still went out of his way to assist me even though he had to work overtime to assist me on my claims. With 10 years of driving experience, I've only had a handful of trips to the workshop to either service or groom my car. However, with the recent neglect of my car, stains and chips on my paint were found. Found out that Eurokars Services invites all car brands and makes to their workshop. Transaction and delivery was smooth, and I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and quality of their specialists.
