Having issues with my vehicle on 4th July 2020 and I was unsure whether its the battery or other issues which may cause the vehicle not being able to start.. made a call and it was answered by Jason. he brief me all the worst scenarios and was helpful. he came within 20 mins and manage to resolve the issue with the battery replacement. I would highly recommend to anyone who are unsure and would want a trusted company which is professional and cost effective. kudos and many thanks to Jason for your help and patience.- Muhammad Ryan

4.30 am ...my tyre pantcure..with passenger..check my internet for24 hour tyre change...manage to call this gentleman by name of Jason..ask me my location n say 30 min arrival to change my tyre...now sitting sadly...as a grab driver ..i still make my salary...wah ...15 min he arrived already...so fast leh...now i know why company named swift .... within 5 min settle liow.. very highly recommemded... he ask me...eh u driving grab ah...i say yes boss...he straight away give me discount from 80 to $60... tnk u for you kind service Mr Jason... may god bless you...with good health this kind young man should recognize for excellence service... very lucky for Swift to have him on board your company - Roslan Mohd Ali

My car tyre bursted today. I called Swift Battery and they come to my rescue within 1 hour. Service very prompt and excellent. Nv anyhow quote repair fee, reasonable price for urgent repair! Thank you Jason for your excellent service and help! - Ailing Faith

Car battery was flat and couldn't drive the car home. Called the OEM and they said service attendance fee was 150 and the battery was 790. 1000 for battery replacement - no way! Called Swift instead and they sent Terence Lee. This guy knows his stuff and arrived in under 30min. Switched out the battery in 15min and took the time to show me the new battery he was replacing with was comparable with the one he took out. Fast, reliable and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company's service to those who need support and refuse to be taken for a ride by the OEM. Swift's price is very reasonable. Thank you Terence! - Alvin Tan Soon Meng
