Changed my car key for toyota vios, shop recommended a variety
of car keys. After chosen, car key done in less than 20 mins. Hassle-free and efficient, and good customer service!! Definitely recommend for changing car keys!!

Whatsapp Joseph some pictures of my key fob issue. He quoted pricing almost immediately (compared to 2 others who said I had to go down to let them check before they quote).

Went down to Joseph's shop, conveniently located beside car park - this was particularly useful in testing the car remote and key after he did a new one. All was done within 30 min. Had lunch at food mall beside his shop.

Pricing was about half of what I was quoted at a more "Branded" Shop found in the heartlands.

Will recommend Joseph's services without hesitation.

The key shell of my honda accord was broken and the key is detached from the shell. Approach Joseph from car key zone. As I am changing car soon, he advise me to opt for OEM one and give me a good price to replace the shell and also done up a new key for me.

Everything was done within about 20 mins or so. Fast and prompt service. Most important the price is very good as compare to others.

I have a dog training collar, but sadly the remote isn't working too well. Took the remote here, and they managed to substitute a car key ring for the original remote!

And all for $55 which was lower than expected. Job well done... I was surprised .

I was taken back by the bad review but i liked CAR KEY ZONE honest reply. Therefore is my story to correct the wrong. My key remote was not working so i visit a car key shop at the HDB opp car mart at Kaki buikit. He check my keys and said it will cost me $280 for a replacement. I said wow! i need to reconsider. thereafter i came across car key zone review. I paid them a visit, the man in the shop checked my keys and found that the battery is flat and it will only cost me $10. Now my remote is back at work. A big $280 thank you to Car Key Zone.

About remote if lost control problem.
We don’t know how other key shop do.

Our standard procedure is:
1.) Change battery.
2.) After change new battery still not work, try performing synchronization.
3.) After synchronization still not working, do programming.

Note:
When programming occurs, before do we will advise customer, because this is charge service, customer must pay for it and the price depend on what car make & model.

Remark:
After perform programming still not work, then we only advise customer change remote key.

Never think a small $10 remote battery will help us integrate reputation.
Just do our part and what we learn.
Also always in our Car Key Zone DNA, seed what grown what.

A ripoff place for remote car key replacement  Posted on 15-Feb-2013

Being the first time to replace my remote car key for my Nissan Sylphy 2L. I found this shop at sgcarmart. It seem to be professional run shop. So I call up the shop and ask for the price for my remote car key part replacement. The owner tell me it would cost me around $300 to replace the remote unit part. My mistake is I did not call other shop to compare the prices. So I go now to this shop and get my remote car key replace but I have to pay $330 for it. Later I found out if I go back to Tan Chong for replacement to replace the remote car key part, it cost me at most $200 inclusive of programming. I have call up other shop asking for their price and at most they only charge $200 plus inclusive of programming. There this SOXXI master franchise shop overcharge me and I feel rip off. I would not go again or recommend anyone to have your remote car key replacement in this shop.

Traditionally car remotes are supplied by appointed dealerships only, so car owners can expect the price to be more or less the same anywhere. This is not the case for aftermarket providers. Our supply source is different and we are dealing with near to 1000 different specifications of car keys and remotes, not every item is cheaper than the dealerships. Car dealerships earn a big chunk from selling the car, it is not uncommon that they strategically subsidise or even given away accessories. One thing we are sure, aftermarket providers provide fast and hassle-free service, usually all done in less than 30 minutes. No booking, no appointment, no down time!

While we would like to please every customer in every way we could, unfortunately it is not always possible to compete solely on price as we need a minimum margin to maintain. "ripoff place, orvercharge", I can assure you that it is not in the DNA of Car Key Zone, we are always looking into ways to bring value to our customers.
