Bad experience! Fell for the "Quality workmanship" Assurances and positive reviews online. Decided to try them for some paintwork touch-up…but came back with new scratches and dings on left door! Car was with them all the time + under their purview but they refused to accept any responsibility for the fresh damage…in fact shockingly there was major push-back and reverse blame! Which car-owner doesn't know every ding + dent on their beloved car and that too before a paintwork touch-up job?! Car was obviously not taken care of whilst with them or someone there was plain clumsy. Matter could have been settled amicably but there was complete retaliation from them and the case was very poorly handled…perfect example of terrible customer service! Overall a very upsetting & Frustrating experience for a 1st time Customer. Would never go there again and will also alert all my contacts...

met with an accident and expected my car to be at the workshop for more than 2 weeks at least. Called the workshop up to enquire and also asked of how the claims would be. they gave me the comfort i need and also the assurance of them settling my claims from the insurance. As promised, they did it and i had no worries. My car was only with them for 3 days for something major that happened to my car. Had a wonderful experience at SM spary painting. Jack was very professional and patient! He gave detailed explanation and gave recommendations on the paintwork my bumper that was badly scratched. Instead of my request to do half which might come out looking weird because of my body car opted for the full bumper and some other spots which Jack pick out and I missed. Got into an accident and went to S M Spray Painting as I was nearby. Called them up and was invited to drop by for assessment and quote. Customer service was excellent and there’s a lounge with a well stocked snack bar. Left my car with them and collected later on the same day. Car looked good as new.
