Tried Eastwest auto service for the problem I had with my car.. Told the boss abt my car situation. He told me to leave the car n get back to me asap. Had a call from him before lunch. He tell me wat to change n wat other problem I had.. Very surprise tat they make a step further to check on other parts. Good job guys.. Well done..

Experience vibration when my car is idling at Drive mode. The vibration remains when I am driving at low speed. Called EastWest Auto and relayed them about my this problem. The person in charge, Mr Hanafi tells me over the phone to how to check for more telltales signs for the actual problem.

After informing him more about the problem, he diagnoses that the vibration is likely to be due to ignition coil and spark plugs problem. It is now less than 2 full days to Chinese New Year and many workshops and stockists are closed tomorrow. I would say that not many workshops are willing to accept this repair job.

Send to the eastwest auto workshop to have a last minute replacement of the ignition coil and plugs. Got everything replaced and strongly appreciate Mr Hanafi for the rushing out for me for CNY even though it is late at night.

I would feel that he really have passion about what he is doing. Keep up the good work!

There is a screeching sound whenever i accelerate up a slope. Previously, went to ETHOZ Tampines workshop but was angry as they had "anyhow" blame it on my wheel bearing!
I was recommended by a friend who is a friend of the boss (hanafi). Went over and he himself inspected my car and narrowed it down to my belting. What i luv most about this workshop is their honesty and integrity. Usual workshop would push me to change it...but Hanafi advise me not too unless it poses a risk and my car's performance. After 1 year, my car belting makes lesser noise but performance remains the same! hanafi had saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars for an unecessary repairs. Ever since...this is the only workshop for my subaru! Highly recommended for all drivers in singapore!

After searching in sgcarmart.com, I saw this East West Auto Service,saw there are many good review,decided to give it a try. When I reached the workshop, I immediately recognized the 2 mechanics..I knew them long time before from another workshop..they helped me to service my car, did some check..and finally all is done..didn't push me anything to sell their products or services..I had a great time there today. Will definitely come back as the place is not far from my office or home too..thumbs up!!

Had my conti car service at this workshop using Liqui Moly Top Tec oil. Even though they had staff to work on my car, the boss - Hanafi personally checked some of the points of the car and gave feedback to me about the car condition. The boss really helped me to evaluate if some parts need to change or just need to monitor the condition before making decision which I think that was great! Not like some other workshops just attract customer with low service fees and ask ca owners to change parts even it is not necessary.
Overall, an honest and good workshop.

After reviewing the comments from users I decided to pick East West. I sent my Oddyssey without making any appointment. I told the mechanic that I want them to do a through check and servicing right away. He obliged and went to get the car done right away. The 2 chinese mechanic were very efficient and that itself gives a good impression for the workshop. Price wise it is no difference than the previous shop I patronize. The shop is neat and clean. Keep it up.

Brought my car here for repair, was quoted reasonable price. So far after 3 weeks, car got no problem. Well done Hanafi (boss) for the good job. Recommended WS!

First time to the workshop. Greeted by hanafi. Nice guy. He has also help to replace my air con part that I have gotten.  Explained on the engine oil. Informed on the directions to the nearest coffeeshop. After servicing also my engine bay was cleaned. Value added service!

I went to East West Auto last Saturday, 27 July 2013 and it was raining heavily then.
Hanafi and his colleague helped to service my Toyota Altis.

I had been facing problems with loud screeching sounds from the car when making tight turn and Hanafi had rectified the issue.
The sound is gone and the car drives smoothly after the service.
Will definitely make East West Auto, the workshop of choice for future servicing.

The experience in the workshop was pleasant and Hanafi and staff were friendly.

I chose this workshop based on all the above reviews. Last week the car alarm went off whenever I tried to start the car (Kia-Picanto). It was very frustrating and our usual workshop said that they could not help us as they are not alarm specialists. After trying to overcome the problem for half a day, I called Hanafi and requested for a home visit to troubleshoot. I am new to his workshop - he still agreed to come the first thing in the morning to repair or take the car to the workshop if necessary. He was very knowledgable and immediately solved the problem and also gave constructive alternatives. His charge was very very reasonable which proves his integrity. Now we have decided to go to his workshop for servicing hereafterwards.
Highly recommended and I am personally happy to have found a honest and reliable workshop for future needs.

Spotted my engine check light pop up last weekend and called EastWest Auto. Arrange an appointment and went over. Did a check to my car using some device and found out that my exhaust sensor was faulty. The person in charge for EastWest "reset" the ECU system and told me to observe first before making the change. At that point of time, I feel he really put himself at my point of view instead of purely earning from me. Appreciate it.

However, the engine check light goes off again after one day. Called the person in charge of East West and arrange an appointment for replacement and repair. Everything goes well and the engine check light did not appear again. Overall a pleasant experience, with excellent service and I feel that price is reasonable and good. Reason why I said this is my new home workshop is because everything here is just outstanding. I came in for servicing and oil change and I picked the Liqui Moly for quite cheap, and after driving off after servicing, my car's performance really improved! The boss and mechanics are all friendly jokers and very professional. Super approachable and I even talk cock with the mechanic servicing my car while he was changing the oil! The mechanics are all also very experienced. Confirm will recommend!

Today went down to service my car and was greeted by the friendly boss Hanafi. The thing that i like about the shop is that the mechanics are also all very friendly and approachable.

All in all did a servicing package of 108sgd plus tyre rotation of 20sgd and change of headlight bulb of 12sgd. Very satisfied with the servicing. Definitely will come back again and again. Also will recommend to friends too.

After selling my Lancer, bought a 2nd hand car. It had few problems with the brake system and throttle. Car wasnt moving and stoping smoothly. I went to few shop to diagnose the problems. Cant solve the problem. All of them could just say My car model is very rare and quote me very steep. Even regular servicing im quoted 300++. So at that price i just go to Autobac.

EAST WEST workshop was recommended by my coleague. So i tried send my car there for servicing. Just buy serviceing they could find out the brake problems i've been having, i am impressed by thier genuine service they provide, they really check every detail and inform their customer of potential problem will face and give recommendations. Even if customers have budgets issues Hanafi(aka The Boss) will find cheaper altenative to help his customers.

Until today i still go to EAST WEST to service and do repair. As a driver for almost 10 years, i dare to say have never met a workshop like them. VERY GOOD SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY, JOKER AND APPROCHABLE MECHANICS AND BOSS, CLEAN WORKSHOP, THRUSTWORTHY, FAST AND EXPERIENCE PROBLEM SOLVING MECHANICS. WORTH YOUR POCKET. Now my 2006 Lafesta still going smooth like a new Highway Star. Keep up the good work guys.
