Bought a full set of Goodyear F1 AS3 tyres from them and also enquired about wheel alignment. They agreed to bundle the wheel alignment at a lower price (about 1/2 of market rate based on my own research).

The whole thing took about 1.5 hours, though, because they were already working on a number of cars when I arrived during lunch time. Good thing I did not need to rush back to my office so I took a slow lunch nearby and came back to collect the car. They took it out for a test drive before handing over to me.

On the whole I am very satisfied with their work, and the price for my new tyres was quite reasonable compared to some of the more popular tyre shops! The AS3 tyres were also great! Quieter than my previous AS2, felt very grippy both in dry and wet conditions.

Would come back again!

Ordered 19" BBS CH-R rims and Michelin PSS tyres from Autokinetics, and traded in my stock 18" Wheels. The mechanics were skillful and knowledgeable. The bosses Jake, Brian and Wee were friendly, and shared valuable and interesting information regarding our rides. Had a wonderful time watching the guys working on my car, and the end result was fantastic. Will definitely be back in the future!

Bought a set of used rims from AUTOKINETICS.
Was totally new with them but have heard many positive feedbacks about them.
Did a fitment test on Friday and confirmed that the rims fitted my brake kit.
Liaised with Jake via whatsapp prior to going down.
He was very friendly and true enough in person he was friendly too.
He gave advice as to what type of tyres I should go for.
To me as a consumer, I am particular about service and most importantly, after sales service.
I hope I won't be disappointed.

Had my A6 stock rims replaced with real cool ones base on Jakes recommendation. Typically of Audi not to come with spare wheel except for the tyre repair kit so i casually asked Jake to keep the stock rims for me just in case.

Months have passed and today i went to look for jake about the availability for a used tyre as my spare. To my surprise he kept my rims till today. He kept his word and this is important in doing business. Very respectable indeed.

Btw he has 3 more Audi rims so for those need a spare you know where to go for a great deal. What you waiting for ;-)

These guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. They are happy to answer questions and take time to explain the technical stuff. They treat you and your car with care and respect.

They sacrifice a major part of their office space to make a comfortable aircon customer area with sofas and water cooler.

Most importantly, they solved a problem with my wheel alignment I had long suspected when everyone else, including the dealer workshop, had been telling me is "Normal" With quattro. Now U-turns are no problems, tyres are quiet, power is up, and fuel consumption is improved.

Highly recommended.

Friendly, hands-on bosses with hardworking employees. Went in for regular servicing and wheel alignment, which were completed professionally. Reasonably clean workshop. No complaints. Avoid the crowd on Mondays though.

I have done my wheel alignment there a few times. What dedication they provide in this service! They staff at Autokinetics make sure I am satisfied with the alignment, offering 1 month warranty. And Jake took the time to explain how AWD works and how there are different types of AWD. Service is prompt too. I hope they will be able to maintain this level of service once they start to get busier.

Went to them to fit a set of spacers left behind by a fellow forumer. They were casual and helpful in getting one of them tested for correct fitment and then upon my confirmation, they installed all 4 spacers.

Thorough and professional job. It really speaks volumes about a serious business that takes care of the smallest details for even a simple job such as this.

Big thumbs up and do keep it up!

Went down twice before to have tyres replaced. Good service from worker and boss. Friendly Staff. Handles your rims with care. Fast and prompt service. Outlet is clean and tidy.

Friendly boss Jake. Explained to me nicely why he has chosen certain values when doing my alignment. Overall a good experience and will go back again for alignment.

I have worked in the retail industry for years. We always without fail ask our staff to push sales. When I went to autokinetics. It was a totally different story. Instead of telling me to purchase things they focused on what I need. Focused on my requirements. Not a single bit of hard sell or Bs. There is a purity in how they do things and their technical knowledge is something I have never seen in any other tyre or alignment shop. Definitely the place to go.

Bought my GY Eagle Assy 2 tyres from them & totally impressed with their great service..

Nice people they are & its great going to them as i have a few other choices though..

Need urgent help to pick up my old rims from them on a Sunday & willing to help me open doors even its a Sunday..
