This is my first time sending my car for wash n waxing.
Very professional car treatment and the manager was patient in sharing tips in car care. NOT bossy about asking me to buy their packages. Car done after the whole process looks shiny n good. Will go back again . Thumb up for it.

Came here for a polish+wax and they did a good job even though I found it to be a bit on the ex side, but I was really pleased that they actually bothered to clean my engine bay which has NEVER been clean before. Staff were friendly and professional and I had a good experience overall.

Having heard many good reviews about TTS CarCare, I decided to give them a try and purchased the $65 grooming with Polish + Wax + Leather Conditioning. Arrived at the place and the person in charge told me that since the package mentioned that is hand-polish, and that my car is white, I shouldn't be expecting A miracle (he didn't say that, but at least that was my impression after hearing what he said). Well I kept my expectations low and after waiting for about 1.5 hours, boy was I disappointed with the results!

My car was cleaned, but it didn't look as if it had been polished, let alone hand polished. Rims and tyres were cleaned and shined, engine bay cleaned (part of the package) and interior vacuum and cleaned with leather cleaned (albeit with patches of conditioner, i.e. uneven). I went back home and DIY with Autoglym polish and those dirt-marks etched into the white paint could easily be removed with hand polish - goes to show that if it had been truly polished, I wouldn't have to go back and do so myself!

What I got out of this Groupon deal is an expensive car wash and the reviews which I have read about TTS CarCare didn't live up to their promise. Not machine polish but hand polish - OK u tell me up front. But when I collected the car, it didn't even look like it was polished! No wonder u gave me the disclaimer at the start - that I shouldn't expect my white car to look evenly polished.

Great job washing, claying and waxing my car. Just a few spots never wax off properly or maybe it was some palm smudge. The interior vacuuming, tyre wax, glass cleaning and engine bay cleaning to go with it makes it value for money. Will definately come again.

Few months ago i brought my car to TTS Carcare,
as my child puked inside the car due to not feeling well.

I called up a few grooming centre to get some quotation,
and found out that most of them are not willing to deal with my car,
as they have no confidence to get rid of the foul smell for me.

TTS Carcare offered me a $80 service over the phone,
which i felt expensive in the first place.
But without any choices,
as they are confidence that they can get rid the smell for me,
i'm willing to give it a try despite on the fee.

After a whole day service,
when i collect the car,
i was shocked that the interior of my car was cleaned up,
and they even advise me that because my seat is cushion made,
so that they need to clean a few times,
and repeatedly put the seat under the sunray after they cleaned,
to get rid of the smell.
They even further advise me to put some charcoal in the car for the new few days,
to help to get rid of the smell easier for the new few days.

Although it's not as cheap as what i think it should be,
the service still satisfied me.

I'm Fan Hua's regular customer.
I bring my car to his outlet for grooming annually.
I've known Fan Hua as a friend since he's providing the services in Ubi.
For me, he's an honest and sincere business man,
as he will always recommend what is the best for your car.
and also a good friend to make in life.

Although he provides a 1 year 5 times grooming package for all the customer,
but i choosed to conduct the paint sealant package once a year,
since the product can last for one year.

The quality of the grooming session is always that promising,
i can't deny that it always met my expectation everytime i sent my car over.
I will continue to support his service as it's worthy for me to do so.

I can still remember that was a day before my wedding day.
My hubby owned a Merc SLK 200,
and we send it to Fan Hua for whole car grooming a day prior our big day.
Due to our very tight schedule,
We requested Fan Hua to get the car done within 2 hours.
As we need to rush here and there to prepare all the stuff for our wedding day.
But after he heard it was for our wedding day,
He insisted that he would like to conduct the grooming for us with his expertise,
As this is the one and only wedding in my whole life,
Therefore he need 4 hours to do up the car.
His sincerity was that pure that we cannot reject his offer after the conversation.
So, me and my hubby decided to conduct the full grooming as what he recommended,
and definitely with no choice, we have to take Taxis for the that 4 hours time.

When we receive a call from him that our car is ready for collection,
We go down immediately to collect the car.
What we found out is the condition of the car is as good as new,
Or even shinier than a brand new one!!!
We're so glad that the 4 hours++ waiting time was not in vain!
The interior of the car looks so elegant and well taken care,
And definitely the shiny outlook caught everyone's eyeballs on that day.
Which such a friendly service and service quality,
I must say that it really worth what we've paid for,
or even more than that.

Thanks Fan Hua for making my big day so perfect and memorable.
Will ask my hubby to support you again when we're in need.
I really like your service.

I have neglected my 3 month old white car, and needed some professional help to get it back to pristine condition. In addition to dirt, I had a few spots stained by tree sap as well. I decided to try TTS after reading the wonderful reviews here. As I drove in, I was greeted by a man smartly dressed in business shirt and pants. He is Fan Hua, seems to me the manager there. Fan Hua took a look at my car and recommended the full package, along with the sealant treatment. There was no hard sell and I appreciated that. I then went off and after about 4 hours I received a call that the car was ready.

The end result? Near showroom condition. No more swirl marks and at a glance, all the unsightly tree sap stains were gone. Engine bay cleaned, tyres shined, rims gleaming. However as I was in a rush, I didn't scrutinise and it was the next day under the bright sun did I notice that there were still a couple of spots with faint traces of the brown tree sap stains. There was also the hard to reach area between the driver seat and the gear box area which was still dusty, so that was a bit disappointing. There are some smudges on the leather seats as well. Lastly, my wife noted that the dashboard was of a darker shade probably due to the cleaning agent used that resulted the gray turning a shade darker towards shiny black. I am sure it will go off in time or perhaps if I wipe it away. Not a big deal but didn't expect that.

All that said, I am quite a pedantic person so maybe that's just me. I do think TTS did a good job overall and am looking forward to the next session.

Wish that we had found them earlier!
After reading all their review, we FINALLY (cause we are tired of all the so so car care that we tried-waste of money and time) decided to give it a try. Fan Hua gave us a very detail explanation of the whole process but honestly told us that they might not be able to remove the watermark that had been there for long time - my car is black so watermark quite obvious, a bit sad to hear but at least they didn't over promise like the rest. Then we were directed to their cozy waiting room as they need 2 hours to work on our car. It was indeed a nice and comfortable waiting room with aircorn and FREE coffee and Milo! My wife and me were having a good time resting there. Roughly 1 hour 35 mins later, Fan Hua told us our car was ready, we were a bit skeptical if they did a good job on our beloved car in such a short time. To our surprise when approaching our car, the car is like Relive! The body is shining like new car, engine compartment is also glossy like new, interior is vacuumed and cleaned throughout without missing any stain. The MOST Surprising thing is all the watermark is gone! We are both very happy with the outcome like getting a new car! TTS Car Care and Fan Hua really know about their stuff and their job in taking care of our dearest car. They are professional, passion, service oriented and value for money. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank TTS Car Care and Fan Hua!

Upset about my car gotten into sand blast as i m working at Jurong shipyard. Managed to to get a few contacts from my friends for removing sand blast some say polishing some say respray. As i have pass bad experience from even reputable grooming shop, i decided to call up TTS Carcare which is the authorized dealer for 3M as i supposed they have more professional products to solve my problem.Called up and spoken to Fan Hua Sales Manager, address my concern to him and he advised me to drop by for him to take a look as soon as possible as he is afraid that the longer the delay the more serious it will get.Fan Hua squeezed a slot for me although its his busy schedule and attended to me personally. Fan Hua advised me on his procedure and he assured me that at least 70-80% of the blast will be removed. Felt a bit disappointed for a 6 months old car but i decided to let TTS Carcare try. Call me after 4 hours for collection (that fast)!. I returned and was looking around for my car. I did not noticed that it was in front of me that Shiny and Glimmering! its like showroom condition! Without any question, i paid for service and requested for a 1 year grooming package as i really felt that TTS Carcare has really given me the assurance and confident back compared to the rest of car care i have been to.Beside professional products, the service are excellent as well.

The service is really tip top and excellent,
the attitude of the service crews there are very good,
the waiting area also very comfortable.
can hang over there for a nap or reading news.
overall 5/5 stars.

I visited this shop almost once every month. Always the sales manager, Mr Fan Hua, gave me a lot of suggestions and was very helpful in helping me make the necessary decisions to keep my car in the ultimate condition. Though he provided a lot of recommendations, he wasn't pushy nor aggressive, and very patient. Mr Fan Hua, was also very friendly. His polishing products all 3M, not cheap. If were to compare with other brands, 3M is still well known & reliable. I am driving a Subaru and often went through construction site area. Pretty much dirty always. Most impressive service is when I sent my car down and was able to collect it within less than 2 hours in tip top showroom. I am very impressed with the workmanship and the overall quality of the job. I was initially a bit concerned about how he can manage to do a good work on the interior & exterior with only 2 workers. But they are very professional. Price wise, I would not say it is the cheapest, but I think it is worth every cent paid. My 6 year old Subaru just got a new lease of life. A lot of my friends always like the feel of my car especially the hygienic interior and sleeky shine exterior as compared to those new cars. Will definitely recommend their services to my friends.

Visited TTS Car Care last week , Was amazed by the jobs done by this group of groomers. My BLACK CAR watermarks were totally gone and the surface was so smooth and shinny now. They even touch up the paint chip for me. Well Done.

Got convince by a friend who refer me to TTS carcare as i'm not really a polishing guy but because they were using 3m so i gave it a shot. all of the steps were used rubbing,polishing and than they applied a full bottle of sealant! This place uses sealant! its so much better than wax because wax wears off pretty fast after a few rain. For leather care side door dash board all look brand new now, v Vacum-standard la hor. tyre shine standard engine wash quite well. Best is ! They will dep dep anywhere that has scratches with black paint and now it really look brand new. overall for the amount paid, defiently worth it, with good maintaining after i think 1 yr no need polish le. Given 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.
