Been with Alfa Sportivo (AS) since yr 1 of ownership of my 159 when the AD proved incapable of solving my issues.

Never one to hard sell, many a times Peter even cautioned me from unnecessary mods. Over the years, I have evolved from a penny pinching customer to appreciating the true value AS bring - taking (most of) the stress and guesswork out of an Alfa ownership, that I just drive in and let them work their magic.

Peter is someone any Alfisti will want to have in their corner and he looks after his own.

Bought a Mito second hand and went for routine servicing as previous owner had recommended Alfa sportivo. Met Peter Segaran the manager who is pleasant, warm and very knowledgable. He is honest and does not seek to fleece customers. Wanted to fix a piggy back chip but he told me the ECU has already been remapped by agent and car power is optimal. Prices also are very reasonable. Will go back to this workshop.

We don't buy Alfas for reliability. To enjoy the Italian beauties, expect the unexpected and set aside a budget.

A shop like Sportivo makes Alfa ownership less stressful, and takes out the guessing game on what went wrong.

Peter nailed multiple problems for my Alfa, from struts to suspension to electrical. He is not the cheapest, and doesn't pretend to be so. In fact, for basic knock-and-paint job and A/C replacement, he told me where to get a cheaper shop.

Brought a 159 to check on a simple electronic problem 4 times only to have spent money and face the rudeness of the owner peter segaran.

Claims it was a sensor issue and demanded payment of $300 before even checking the car claiming that that is how they operate. when i said i will only pay with a invoice they demanded a copy of my IC and threatened to go down to my house if i didn't pay.

Eventually i did pay and they replaced the so called "sensor" within 1 Min. Problem still persists today and i have sent the car 4 times in a row.

There are many more inconvenience he has caused me but i do not want to waste any time furthur.

THIS IS TO WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS. DO NOT GET CHEATED BY THIS MAN. STAND THERE AND MAKE SURE THEY FIX IT.

Sent in my car for repairs due to leaking pipes. The mechanic did a lousy job and the problem resurfaced in less than a month. When we send in the car again, the mechanic shouted that it is none of his business!! Strongly not recommended and we are writing in to CASE for review.

Didn't fit my lowering springs properly. Caused it to move about and damaged top mounts. It was also hitting the suspension and as such required a total replacement. Alfa Sportivo couldn't even be bothered (Teresa even put the blame on me). Cost me a lot of time and money as such. Please steer clear of this workshop!
