The team at Quotz is very professional and the entire process from the initial quotation to inspection to putting up the car for auction by dealers and finally the sale completion is systematic, transparent and efficient. Unlike dealing with car dealers, there's no pressure to sell and there's very prompt followup by Joanne. Thanks to Quotz for helping me to secure a very good price for my car compared to other similar platforms and direct dealers that I approached. The process is a breeze from bidding to receiving the money. The final bid price is close to what I have in mind n it enable me to buy my dream replacement car n protected me against low balling by dealers when negotiating for trade-in. Only drawback is that it is difficult to have a back to back deal but the 2 week time period before handover of vehicle for you to look for your car is very thoughtful n generous. - Chee Weng Lee

Have explored multiple channels on how to sell off my car or trade in and came across Quotz upon reading up on many of positive reviews. Decided to give it a shot by paying for the admin fee to explore how much can my car fetch in the current market. To my surprise, the closed auction amount was indeed much higher than what the dealers were offering for trade in! Fuss free and seamless process throughout which was highly assuring which I shared my positive experience with my family members. They too were equally keen on engaging the same service with Quotz! It was a hassle-free, seamless, fast and efficient process. I was attended to by Kath, and she patiently answered all doubts and concerns through WhatsApp chat. Vehicle inspection was quite thorough, which ensures bidders receive info that are transparent. Bidding process was settled fast too and I'm satisfied with the price I was quoted compared to going through dealers. Will definitely recommend to relatives and friends. - Zack Kumar

I was planning to sell my car to highest bidder via Quotz but on the handover day, Quotz claimed that some defects were not detected earlier during inspection and dealer asked for $300 discount. Eventually I sold it at higher price than offered but now Quotz gave excuses and didn't honour their own policy of "Highest selling price guaranteed or Get $100 Free". Shame on them for not honouring own promises. - Darrel Kueh
