Went over to ask for advise as my current setup is not properly tuned. Roy corrected my setup, properly tuned, and gave expertise advise. Strongly reccomend this shop for ice enthusiasts.

Boss Roy Cheng was very chatty and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the various options and worked within our budget. Don't expect them to carry cheap brands though. They cater more to the mid-high end range.

Incidentally, they won 1st prize in the grand finals of EMMA in Dec 2014, which testifies to his expertise in this area.

During installation, Ah Chang was very patient and gave attention to details. When he noticed vibration coming from my rear license plate due to the booming subwoofer, he automatically inserted sponge tapes behind the plate. Incidentally, due to unforeseen complexities, instead of finishing the job at 6pm as expected, they had to continue on at night. By the time the job was completed and I was ready to collect car, it was 10pm! Yet they were still cheerful, no grumbling about working so late.

Roy and his team really showed passion and dedication to their job/business.

I am thinking of getting a 3 way set up for my car audio system. Thus I made my way to Dimension Audio after I saw many good reviews about it. It was a trip well made indeed. I spoke to Roy who is the boss and he is extremely knowledgeable in this field. He gave me many advice and help me to stay within my budget. He was very friendly and pushy at all. Even though I was just consulting him without committing any purchase, he was nonetheless super helpful and share with me his expertise on how I should set up my car.

I have decided on the speakers, amplifiers and cables after listening to Roy and auditing some of the products there. Moreover, I saw how careful and skillful his workers were when they were setting up a BMW and I know my car will be in good hands.

A pumping, kicking and thumping sound system is every single audiophile's dream, so every audiophile should just satisfy their needs here at Dimension Audio! I was a really enthusiastic sound system lover, and went to Dimension Audio to get most of my sound system components settled here! I had done a load of research and homework on the components that I need, but the staff of Dimension Audio just keep filling me up with even more information to make me decide! I drove out really really happy about my AWSOMELY SICK sound system!

Came here with an intention to get an Alpine. Roy recommended me a system but I went with another one and it's great. That said, Roy was very polite, very courteous and not pushy even when I didn't take his suggestion as I already had my eyes set on the component and sub I picked. Staff were friendly and professional, and installation had no probs. Am enjoying my system very much.

Just picked up my car Definitely a great choice if you want to do up your ICE. Wanted an ICE upgrade from my Integra standard system while still maintaining stock look. Roy was very patient in attending my needs and the type of sound I was looking forward. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, leaving you alone for while to listen to the different set ups and make up you own mind. Made effort to fit my schedule. Installation was very neat and professional. Even offered to tweak tuning once system had been run in. Car sounds really sweet now. Thanks Roy & Crew! =)

Installed the Ground zero plutonium speakers set / subwoofers and alpine headunit, amplifiers and rewiring of car. Very thorough and neat job. I was there during the installation and the whole process was very meticulous. The owner, Roy, is a friendly chap and a sound enthusiast who is willing to share his experience and knowledge. He even T-Loan me his sub box + extra amp before i fully finish doing up my sound system. Definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly owner thats willing to listen to a newbie like me looking for a clean upgrade of the sound system in my recently purchased 3 series. Became the first customer of his groundzero package upgrade that came with tweeters/midrange/kickbass. Never regretted it, music definitely is a world of difference now. Most importantly my car looks totally stock and the installation was really clean.

Roy did a fantastic job of installing a full upgraded ICE system for my car. I already had a Bose system but the new one that Roy installed is miles better. Seamless installation which on a brand new car is really the most important thing. Attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent.

Definitely one to consider when deciding to do up your ICE setup. Workmanship is top notch and cable management is very neat. Experienced tuner who has vast knowledge on hifi and willing to share. Wide range of products from introductory level to competition standard.
