Visited the branch at kim chuan, good and helpful advice on car cam.

I met this guy there at Wee Heng due to aircon faulty in 2014. Siang (one of the staff ) was not only fast with the repairs, he's also friendly and helpful. I went back a few times to seek advices about maintenance, he advised me freely and told to call him if I need more info.
Reasonlly I went back to install a car cam. I'll introduce you to my buddies

Bought and installed AVH-8750BT today from Wee Heng. I went to the Kim Chuan outlet and was served by Ah Boon. It was a wonderful experience and I had never come across such service before.

Arrived at the shop at about 1130am with 2 other friends. Total of 3 cars. I wanted to change HU as mine was faulty and the other 2 friends wanted to change speakers. I already knew what I wanted but my friends wanted to view the different speakers first. As there are not many choices at The Kim Chuan outlet, Ah Boon brought us to the Upp Serangoon outlet with his car. We left our cars at KC. Ah Boon even said it was ok if we do not purchase if we don't find anything to our liking. In the end I change to the ABH-8750BT HU and my friends change their speakers after selecting them from the Upp Serangoon outlet.

We returned back to KC to install as the space is bigger and parking is an issue at the the Upp Serangoon outlet.

Ah Boon informed us that he will need a slightly longer time for installation as he wants it to be "Swee swee". At the end of the day, everything was done superbly. I'm a sucker for good workmanship and I'm really impress with the workmanship. I was also given a free car wash by Ah Boon after installation. WOW!!! Ah Boon also sat down with me and go thru the functions of my new HU.

Ah boon gave good recommendation for my friend's speakers and they sound excellent!

SERVICE... TOP NOTCH!!!

It all started with a call to them to ask about kenwood HU. Wee was very helpful in providing me with information. When I finally went down during the weekend, he showed me the various HU that were suitable and he was very honest and unbiased in his recommendations. He never tried to hard sell any of the units at all. He said that it was up to my preference.

During installation, he was also very helpful and accommodating. He even gave me some biscuit because he knew I was hungry. ;)

Best part is that he is driving the same car, which gave me assurances that they would know how to install the HU correctly.

They did a great job in the installation despite poor leftovers from the previous installer.

Overall experience was positive and I would highly recommend this shop.

Went down to Wee Heng yesterday after my friend recommended. Changed Pioneer AVH-5650 head unit and head rest monitors at a reasonable price. Boss was very frank and straightforward. Service was fast and good.

Brought my 2 cars down - one for aircon servicing and replacement of rear speakers and the other for a full replacement of all speakers.


the technician, Ah Siang, was professional- There was no hard selling. Diagnosed my aircon issues for my first car and proposed alternatives. even proposed an affordable set of replacement rear speakers.

For my other car, he even discouraged me from installing a woofer and amplifier, saying a change of speakers will suffice.

Was a very hot day though but things still went well
Seriously the parking place is a issue so when I reached I gotta let the expert park my ride if not I also dunno how to place it lol
Well I was approach by ah Xiang think he is the mechanic v nice guy had great initiative too
Well while team tackle my car things was really running smooth
Can say kenwood wise think they are really experience
Well had great experience so far so good
So if u want experience ppl to do ur kenwood think they are the man
