Current ride bought from PI and was under the warranty by World Auto.

Went for my 1st FOC servicing last 4 months back, brought my own engine oil & K&N air filter, they are ok with it and help me to install.

Recently, dashboard & Roof lining got some rattling sound and went back to them and request them to rectify it.

Their workshop supervisor went for a test drive with me and was unable to really detect where the rattling sound was coming from as it was a drizzling morning that day.

I pin pointed the areas where the sound was coming from and they managed to resolve it within 1/2 a day.

Though many of the reviews are not so positive towards this workshop but so far until now, they have managed to meet all my request and standard.

Another thing good about this workshop is that they go by 'queue' system. Whichever vehicle arrives first at their door step, they would allocate a number tag to it and attend accordingly. This is particularly good for me as I'm always an early bird to the workshop whenever my servicing is due.

Bad customer service from World Auto Pte Ltd.

Just my opinion, there are many workshops, World Auto Pte Ltd is not the one and only one, you should at least feel appreciative, give your customers the basic courtesy and initiatives.
It is located in the building of Halcyon 2 at jln pemimpin. Parking is another problem if your family or friend going there to pick you up while waiting the completion of passing the to-be-repaired car to World Auto or doing collection of your car.

Not allowed to park more than 30 minutes is being written in red on the wall of the guard house. However, before you could even done with your parking in the white marking lot, the fierce and impatient security guard appeared from nowhere fiercely chasing you out of the lot. Halcyon management should paint the lot reserved or spelled out more clearly if the guard has a an attitude and cant handle well. World Auto obviously is aware and shouldn't turn a blind eye. Customers not allowed to park in the white lots, not allowed to park near the workshop, where else can we park. As for the receptionist, she should not turn down customer's request on the car job.

Be nice, and in return people would be nice to you, the world would be better.

Went for a tires changed this evening (After I was sms informed by tprepac that my tires had arrived one before),and experienced quite a shocking and bad experience mainly from the reception(horrible attribute). It's took me 1 over hours to change 2 front tires plus rotation,especially when 2 staffs was working on it.When I feedback the slowness to the reception lady in charge, I was shown "color",she stared at me and told they need to plan and balance my rim.I told her I ever changed tires here but never so long, 1 over hrs for 2 tires change??At least check it out for me, not show me color and told me off.Anyway I told her to settle my bill and I will never use their service anymore.Plently of workshop out there.At least a polite, "I will check" would be present.Shocking experience.

Fast working receptionist. Prompt action by mechanic. Friendly service at payment counter.
