I have been a customer of Wearnes for shy of 20 years. I have always found the customer-facing service advisors like Raymond, Rajan, and EJ to be professional, efficient and responsive. The rare occasions where I get to interact with the folks from the workshop and their manager Ridzuan, I found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
I look forward to Wearnes continued support for more years to come.

I was serviced by Jason recently from Wearnes Automotive. He was attentive to my requirements and took note of all the details in my requests. He even helped me to contact Peugeot to check on the last maintenance of the car, which was besides his duty to do so. On the 2nd viewing of the car, due to our busy schedule, he offered to come back to the centre even during his off day just to accommodate our schedules. He has offered wonderful one stop service for us throughout the whole process.
I fully recommended Wearnes Automotive based on my recent experience with Jason.

My new Jaguar XE has a problem with the aircon. One of the rear diffusers supplies hot air (heated air) when the temperature set-point is set even as low as 22 deg C.

When the car was taken to the Wearnes Service Centre, after waiting more than 20 minutes, the person who attended was very unhelpful and could not identify the cause. He only said that i will have to keep the car for a minimum of one day to identify the fault.

I would expect a service staff to be able to provide a more logical answer to reassure me that the service team is competent.

This was my first experience with the Wearnes Service Centre and it was very dissapointing. They have a lot to learn from the likes of their counterparts at Honda, mazda etc. Who can pin-point a fault from a described symptom.

Newly renovated showroom and workshop with lots of accessories to see feels like a branded boutique and coffee served while you wait for your car,service adviser (Raymond) were very professional and helpful know every details of the car definitely a place worthwhile to visit and service
