Did regular on time servicing of my merc with them,there'll always have something extra to replace,costing $600-$1000(benefit of doubt given) A month after servicing,car vibrates,called Dave Ho.He recommended towing into his workshop.Can't get replacement car,had to rent one myself.Cut to the chase,he dismantled engine,show 4 pictures of camshaft and recommended replacement.When asked for computer diagnosis,can't get,charged 3K+ not including own car rental cost.2 months later,car has fuel pump issues,electrical faults on diagnostic computer. My diagnosis of Them, 1.Dishonest 2.Overcharging 3.Residual issues for near future repair 4.Can't be trusted

My first few years with KeeYong was actually quite good.
However, on 18 Apr 2021, I have made a police report on Kee Yong for questionable business handling with me which I view it as fraudulent.
My car mileage is 117k.

I sent my car for 60k servicing on 10 Apr. On 12 Apr, my car failed to start. My car was towed back to Kee Yong at 10am and by noon, I was told that my starter has failed and it was because of my car battery which Dave, reported to me on 10 Apr that I should change because it was low. I proceed to have my starter replaced but not my battery. He confidently ensured that my car will not fail again after I replaced my starter.

However, unknown to KeeYong, I had my battery replaced on the 12Apr late in the afternoon.

On 13 Apr, my car failed to start again. I called KeeYong and they told me it must be my battery and when I told them that my battery has already been replaced, they kept quiet and offered to tow back my car. In the evening, they called and told me that I have to replace my engine module??!! Engine module caused my starter to fail??!! Does it make any sense?

I have my car tow to another workshop that night. I was informed that the starter motor that Kee Yong Replaced might not be new. I have been driving my car for almost a week with the old engine module.

Please beware that Kee Yong will work on your fear to have you replaced all the good parts in your car.

It is a very good place to repair your car for any cases. The staff is friendly and professional, they understand very well what needs to be done. The quality of the work is on proper level and it is a very important.

Very welcoming and friendly. Honest about what needed changing, the parts were immediately ordered and all repairs were completed promptly.

That is what I am looking for. Repairing by prioritising part that can cause breakdown.

Felt well looked after and will definitely be back for all future services.

I brought my LR4 for immediate repairs as it was not working. They welcomed me and took my car immediately in spite of the busy work at the workshop. The follow up was prompt and accurate and sincere to follow up the progress of the repairs.

I did bring my car again for further repairs and I would highly recommend them for their quality work and customer service. Well Done.

Did my 60000 km Service B plus with Kee Yong. Dave is very professional and very transparent with the costs. What i like is their expertise in handling mb cars. My engine mount was cracked due to wear n tear and was quickly replaced. Car is always in good hands at Kee yong. Thanks Dave and gang!

Brought in my car for an ATF change. Was quoted a price and estimated maintenance duration before I came down. Responses from Dave was fast and detailed.

Followed up with a shock absorber change. As usual, all prices were upfront with the estimated time to replace.

Overall, a pleasant experience.
