I have had 3 cars repair there within the last 2 years. A BMW 730LI, BMW 740LI and a BMW 320i.

I got to know the workshop only through the preferred workhop list from the different insurance companies I used. KFS is a preferred workshop for quite a few insurance companies.

If you are unfortunate to have an accident, chances are that they can represent you.
I found the management to be customer orientated and experienced. That attitude has inspired the team from the admin staff, driver and mechanic to be customer orientated as well.

While the workshop may not be the most impressive because of the age of the building, the attitude and expertise of the employees more than make up for it.

I like the fact that they are a one stop shop where they do at least 85% Of the job in-house.

I especially appreciate the fact that they listen to my feedbacks and do something about it. They have also been successful in representing me with my claims everytime.

I have also done additional work on my car besides the accident repairs. I have found the prices to be reasonable.

What more would you expect from a workshop after a bad encounter on the road?

I would highly recommend KFS to any friends or family members who would need to use their services.

this is a chartis authorised workshop, please dont chose them if your car has a accident and you are using chartis. My car is close to 3 years but i chose to repair at KFS instead of authorised because i heard the reputation was good with such a big workshop, the staff was attentive to write down all my problem and mention was help me buy report from the other party to see my chances of winning the claim. They say three weeks will be ready, second week i went down everything was there but he mention the plastic from my bumper was not indented, i suppose they forget to indent causing the extra delay, after i got my car i drove and mention the response feel weird, i went back and mention the car dont feel right, after checking they say the new ECU was not programmed, ask me come back to reprogramme, i went down the following week but he say the programmer was not free ask me come back again, i mention i was busy and ask him to call me when the programmer is free, no phone call, i call and they mention they could not programme,so i had to use old ECU. I realise my side fender dont feel right,the sound was different fromt the left side upon knocking on them, after inspecting they say the front bonnet rubber was missing causing the sound, their fault againt, forget to indent,ask me come back the following week again! The side door has a creaking sound and i ask them to take a look,I say the door rubber fixed wrong causing a creaking sound which i make a comparision using my other door, they ask me leave car behine, after taking the car back problem was solved but with additional paint peeling off from my bonnet and head lamps, look like when fixing the door, they accidently knock into mybonnet and headlamps causing the paint to peel off. On and off i went back workshop 4 times after my accident repair, total waste of my time, worse still, the head mechanic told me to be honest we have never reapir such a new car before, mine you my car was 3 years old. EXTREMELY disappointed by the service of the mechanic, heat ache my car was repaired by such a lousy team of mechanic.

Does anybody knows if they do spray metallic colors or any exotic colors? & roughly those kinda special colors would cost how much? Quite interested to spray my car with some "rare" colors. Do let me know if you know of any + the pricing too! Tks!

I had very bad experience with this workshop, I sent my wrecked car to repair, she didn't rectify most of the problems and I have to travel down to the workshop 4 times to solve the remaining problems. and until now my driver seat problem still haven't resolved yet. I already given up on this workshop and looking for new workshop to repair my car.

Went today to service my daihatsu copen. They do carry d sport products so i dropped by to check out and did my servicing. Great friendly staff who did thorough checks. Thumbs up!

Great workshop with extensive facilities to repair your car. Staff is also very frendly. thumbs up!

Good spray work. Their colour mix is very good. Some workshop are unable to achieve the colour that customers states.
