I just ordered (1 day in advanced) 4 x Bridgestone EP 300 tyres, and went down to get them installed today. Hassle free. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. By the way, he has shifted to 908D, Upper Thomson Road, S(787111), 300m down the road, just next to the duck rice stall.

Just changed my 19" Tyres. Had a very good experience with Peter. Very friendly and nice guy. Contacted him the day before, we agreed on the price and he immediately ordered the tyres. The next day it is ready and the whole process took 30 minutes. He even care to show me the tyres made and date of manufacturing. Price wise, one of the cheapest around.

Just went down to get my tyres changed to Kumho KU31, price very attractive, customer service excellent, also changed my rims to advanti 17" rim at an attractive price, Overall very satisfied customer. Sure will patronise him for anything related to wheels.

Call Peter that I want a quote for 4 Yokohama tyres. Within 10 minutes he call me back with the price and is really a good price. I confirm that I take it and he says it will take about 1 1/2 hours as he needs to go to Jurong to pick up the tyres.
I told him call me once he pick-up the tyres. So that I can estimate the time to go down to his workshop.
Indeed his arrangement was so perfect that when I reach his workshop the tyres were there for me to get it fix.

His service is invaluable. I surely recommend my friends to Peter for chang eof tyre or rim.

Called the shop to check any offer for 4 tyres replacement and introduced by Peter some good and value for money tyres which i am very satisfy.

Peter explain to me in advance whats the pro and con for using the new tyres and my existing types. Each tyre has his own Character and Performance is depend what we need.

Impress by the technician that clean up the lock nut before returning after using which i don't find in others workshop :)

Went down to change my tyres yesterday and was met with excellent service from the boss Peter and his assistant.

Price given for my brand new tyres was highly competitive.

Peter waited for me after his usual closing time (as I could only come after work) and even helped me to remove the unwanted inserts on my existing rims and a quick wash FOC.

I am really impressed with their service even though this is the first time I patronized their shop after hearing about them on forums. Would strongly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to change their tyres.

Dropped by Hiap Hong on a public holiday to have tyres changed ... they gave good advice though they had another set of tyres on "promotion". Not pushy and was happy to have a discussion. I decided on Goodyear Triplemax in the end.
They cannot do wheel alignment so I needed to head to somewhere else to get it done.

Went there actually to change Amaron battery and 2nd hand tyre which can last me another 2yrs since COE dying soon.

Call the boss earlier to enquiry. He mentioned he got cheap new tyres. So went down to have a look. Attend by his mechanic,as boss not around, he showed me the 2nd hand tyre but informed me the tyre still good condition but noisy and already patched before. that was a very honesty person, they even teach me how to check if its a noisy tyre.

the new tyre he have within my budget is china tyre. told me not recommended if i travel tO KL yearly as its not lasting.

The first time I patronised Hiap Hong & Co was to just replace a SINGLE tyre. The impression they gave me lasted well. I returned 6 months down the road and wanted to replace my rims. To my surprise, Peter's assistant "Tai" remembered me from months back! 5* for Customer Service!

I asked him for a recommendation for rims and he took time to explain to me what was suitable for my car after looking at what tyres I had on. Though the recommendation was not the original one I wanted, I felt reassured and went along. They were also not expensive as I feared them to be. Observing that my tyres were still very much useable, I appreciated the fact that they didn't want to sell me a new set of tyres too although many other merchants I know would have jumped at the chance. 5* for Value for money

Upon driving away with the new set of rims, I noticed immediately that the handling of the car was much better than my previous set of rims. I recalled what Tai had told me that this set of wheels are more suitable for my current tyres providing better stability. 5* for Technical Expertise

Peter's outlet here is a traditional family run business and I truly appreciate the friendly, non-pushy atmosphere, personalised service and down to earth attitudes. Hiap Hong is a very different experience from another merchant which I purchased my previous set of wheels & tyres from where they try to upsell me everything. Hi! I was at Hiap Hong this afternoon and got my self a set of Kyowa rims. Mr Peter and his technical ppl were just fantastic. Truth is, I was involved in an accident where a bike rammed onto the frontal side of my car damaging the right side of my rims badly. Look around some tyre shops hoping to get a new sets with trade-in but the pricing was just out of my budget left alone the trade-in value for my damaged rims yet. Dropped an email to Mr Peter and even explain to him abt my damaged rims and he quoted me a price which I just can't get elsewhere. The trade-in value was just amazing for the fact that he did not even seen my damaged rims. That's really something. In short he really made my day. Will definitely come to his shop again to change my tyres or even change to new rims in the near future.

I purchased the package of 4 Goodyear Eagle F1 tires of 225/45r17 with 17" rims
recently just by a leap of faith browsing the internet.
Peter and his crews are simply excellent at what they do but not just that; they are honest and very upfront with the details of their products.
Aside from the good price that Peter offers, he is a friendly yet professional guy.
They work fast and Peter goes beyond his duties by fetching me around to get my logistic done.
I am very glad that I found him. We really need good and honest people in our automobile service industry.

Please support them or least give them a try, I am sure he will prove my this review right.

gotten 2x 205/55 R16 Michelin Energy Saver.

Short negotiation, agreed on price and drove me to ATM for cash payment. tyre chg was done fast and after return from ATM (2km). No waiting time required.

Superb service! Great help to choose rims suitable for car. Had great promotion running. Peter shown great patience despite running beyond closing time. Offered good advise on the tyres. Very happy with my purchase. Goodyear asymmetric 2 with rims.

Bought a new set of 17x8 rims for my integra at a very good price. Outstanding service. Left the shop feeling pleased with my purchase. Great support from Ah Tai and Peter who handled my multiple queries on rim sizes and offsets, as well as designs. Great job by the workshop guy who fit on my existing tires and rims and used a spanner to attach my lock nuts instead of the drill (As it would have rounded the screws). This represents product expertise and respect for my property without taking the easy way out.

Will definitely be back to change tyres once mine are worn. Deal with confidence. I like this tyre tiam.
