I went to an accident repair during Nov 23 ( replacement & paint front bumper). Collected the car after 3 days. After driving a month later I realized my boot cover ( boot has under shelf) openable panel has been found replaced with very old panel ( not original toyota). I didn't have time to complain as that panel under my tray that not visible. On the following week I realized there are missing under carpets (comes with original toyota) . I couldn't realized immediately as there is another 3 M carpets over the under carpet. I have visited the City auto ( Sin Ming) and the lady boss denied that we don't touch all these parts and disagree with my comments. I will d going legal action to stop these types of cheating in Singapore. I take this as cheating and going to report police case for action including reporting to insurance sooner.

Had an almost new car side swiped and put it into City Auto as they are the offical bodyshop for the AD.

That was four years agao and evennow you cannot detect any change in paint coolour reflectivity or finishing

new door airfreighted from Italy and fitted plus panel work and respray all back in a week. And the colour / metallic fleck and surface finish to original paintowrk? Perfect. Highly recommend these guys

On 21st March 2013, I got into an accident which required my bumper to be changed. As IDAC deduced the damages were going to be less than $3000, I did not need to claim insurance. As part of IDAC's service, they will send out the repairs required and companies will send in their offers.

After comparing the various offers, we decided since it was just a bumper replacement, City Auto should be able to do the job. On 4th of March, the car was ready for collection. As I was not available to collect the car, my dad collected the car on my behalf.

When I got home, I was surprised to see that my headlights had been scratched pretty badly - this was not there prior to the accident. I immediately sent an email with pictures to City Auto - Mrs. Quak, but no replies were received. After discussing with my dad, we decided that since it was not too bad, we would leave it.

However, today, 27th May 2015, I realised the main replacement work done by City Auto - my front bumper WAS COMING OFF. What ??? What kind of shabby work allows the bumper to be coming off from the car? (See pictures attached)

Totally shabby work from City Auto, am currently in talks with CASE about this matter and will probably go into legal soon using Lemon Law.

Went to City Auto to change my front bumper. Called Catherine (their MD) to fix an appointment to get it replaced with a new painted to match front bumper. Before sending it to fix, I was advised that it will take 3 days to get it done. Went to them on the fixed appointment date and was greeted by Catherine herself and told me to come back 3 days later.

When I came back, bumper was replaced and I was a happy man until i checked and realised they damaged my HID fog light. Told Catherine and she said usually they do not replace accessories but willing to change it out of good will. So she told me she had to order the HID and call me back once the parts come. Several days later, parts came and i went down to replace the fog lights, did alignment with them and they even help me change my spark plugs (i brought my own) without any labour charge. Was really thankful for their act of kindness and would recommend them to anyone. Overall a pleasant experience.

Went there to repair clutch flywheel & a few stuff they were very knowledgeable find the fault &finish the next day good service provided by Jason &their mechanic

I does my mazda servicing with them. The staff are friendly, and most importantly, they are know what they are doing and are good at it. Very satisfied with their service.

Recently, a truck hit my car and while I was searching for a workshop that would assist me to make a third-party claim, all the workshops that I visited said that since there was no admission of fault by the truck driver and hence, my case was pretty weak and advised that I claimed against my own insurance instead. However, City Auto was the only workshop that bothered to get an assesor to judge the damages and he came to the conclusion that my car was definitely scratched and dented by a truck. Therefore, the boss was willing to assist in making a third-party claim on my behalf. Despite the relatively low publicity on this workshop, my car was repaired to its original condition and the services were prompt and efficient. Will definitely recommend this workshop to my friends.
