This is a reliable and good service work shop related to insurance claim. I had an accident which the opposite party admitted full responsibility. The workshop reinstated my car in good condition and new spare part. The girl who attended to me provided clear and comprehensive explanation. I got my transport reimbursement (I chose not to have a replacement car) in one year 7 months which is considered fast as the money need to come from the other insurance company. Recommended to go to this workshop.

Do not send your car go repair especially north branch.Their service is slow and unresponsive.WhatsApp their number asking how the repair progress nobody care to answer even after a few days.The car had been there for 9days already.

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to the good people at Cheng Hoe AMK especially Ms. Dorlyn for all the help and effort they've put in. They went above and beyond my expectations and I'm truly pleased with the outcome. Many thanks again

I would like to post my appreciation to Cheng Hoe Car Workshop ( Ang Mo Kio branch ), Ms Dorlyn for her good assistance and service rendered when I had my car towed to the workshop fro some repair after being hit by lorry on 27 July 2021. She patiently explained and helped to input the accident scenario, to be submitted to my insurer. Along the period of checkes and verifications by insurer, she kept me updated of the process and till the commencement of repair work. I've collected my car, and its with good quality finish upon repair work done. Thanks Dorlyn and also the workshop person in-charge, who are very polite for their service to me

All the good review is coming from the insurance claims side. Once the claim is done and you have minor repairs to be done, they treat you like dirt. They are not interested in serving you if you don't have big insurance claims that they can make money on.

I went back to ask them to check on my brakes and they answer my queries with "You can always bring your car to another workshop" Ask some more questions , the boss Ah Zai told me to go down collect my car, and hung up on me!

Obviously this workshop is only interested in hefty insurance claims not interested in serving other customers... Unless you have a serious accident... Don't even approach them!

Recently, i had an minor accident and sent in my car for repairs. The lady who attended to me is friendly and nice. There was this man with white hair (seem like the boss, Mr. Ang) took a camera and snapped some pictures in professional way. All the reporting and paperwork took <30mins. The following week when i came back to take my car, the workmanship is great! There was a small glitch in the system (not related to the accident) on the display, but the service crew willingly to address it and rectified it in less than an hour. Needless to say more, the workmanship is great, plus from the service crew to Mr. Ang, i would say a big thank you.
Never in my driving experience with workshop, i would get a call from Mr. Ang, the next day to explain that during the day on my car collection, they were busy with daily work. I replied him that its understood.

I sent in my Teana due to someone bang onto me from sideway in Vivocity B2 carpark. This workshop was the authorized workshop for my insurance. The girl who served me was superb She patiently listen to my case and helped me to fill in and submit the claim. As soon as she notice i need my car for work, she immediately call-up the car rental company to get a replacement car (and explained to me that it is covered by that 3rd party insurance). This was the first surprise for me, ie, i still got the car to drive around. The second surprise was she volunteering helped me to change my Home Season Parking to the replacement car. The mechanic supervisor was also very pro. I just got my car back, and it is in superb condition, & As good as new. Thank you!

Hope not to use them in future as that meant accident, but i would like to recommend it to all bro and sis this 一条龙service here. Thanks

Jus replaced my damaged windscreen at this workshop at woodlands branch. The service was gd from approval of insurance to get the job done was fast. People there r friendly 2.

The staff at Ang Mo Kio guided me and put me at ease as this was my first accident. Told me within one week but did the job in 5 days.

My car got into an accident a week back which was on a Sunday night. So called up June from Cheng Hoe Motor Service at the Yishun Industrial Park A branch. Told her my problem and that the door cannot close, asked her whether can place my car at her workshop, she drove all the way at night to meet up with me at the workshop to help me make a report and also to place my car at the workshop though it was a Sunday night. Got my car fixed after about 1wk+ and the car condition seems to be like back to brand new. Very satisfied with the repair work and the way she helps to settle my insurance and also lodge the report. I did not need to do anything as she helped me to do all the insurance claims and reports. Thanks June. Excellent service! Thumbs up..
