Recently I was involved in a three car collision at the Causeway. Mine and second car were S'pore registered while the last car was M'sian registered. While filing the report at JB traffic police station, this guy, a rep from Autoexcel S'pore approached me to say that Autoexcel can help me with the claim and repair. Not wanting to say anything, I just took his card out of courtesy. Back home I filed a report to the insurers agents only to be advised that since a M'sian car was involved and was the responsible party, I have 2 choices. First to claim against my own policy which meant I run the risk of losing my NCB on top of paying the excess if my insurer cannot pursue the claim against the insurer of the M'sian registered car. Or second, to get Autoexcel Engineering to help in the claim and repair free of cost. Reluctantly, I went to Autoexcel and this lady Ms Sharon, was very polite and courteous. She said to me that her co. is one of the few in S'pore who can handle accident claims with M'sian vehicles and insurers and put me at good ease without any anxiety. I left my car in their workshop and even got a replacement car free of cost. Today I collected my car with the back bumper replaced and rear section fully repaired. They even cleaned up the exterior and interior. The staff of this co. was very helpful. FYI the second car involved in the accident was also handled by them. I am very satisfied with Autoexcel and going forward, , I will not hesitate to use their services should the need arises.

I recently met an accident in JB with a Malaysian Car. He rear ended my vehicle. Please note that the procedure is different from dealing with accidents with a Singapore car. It's usually likely that the Malaysian Vehicle Owner will not be able to pay the amount you are asking for. In Singapore you will need to claim own damage first then the insurance company might claim against the Malaysian Insurance. However until the claim is successful, you will lose your NCD and pay more insurance premium. I was dissappointed with my dealer company (my car is 2 years old) because they were not willing to help me as its a malysian car to claim 3rd party. Luckily I found Autoexcel Engineering. They have been doing the insurance claims against Malaysian vehicles for more than 10 years. They are doing the 3rd party claim against the Malaysian vehicle. If you unfortunately incur any similar problems you can try them. Note you need 1) Make a Malaysian traffic Police Report (who will also take photos) 2) All other usual items like taking photos and also the other parties insurance 3) However most of the necessary items will be handled by AutoExcel. They also have a Malaysian branch. Sharon and Ryan who help run the place are very helpful. The reason I am writting here is because they have done a good job with the repair and they are claiming 3rd party against the Malaysian car. The same is the case if the accident was in Singapore (need Singapore Police report)

I choose them to repair my car because of great customer service and trustworthlyness. They even send my car to my place for my collection and inspectation out of my convenience. I am very happy with their workmenship and the quality of their repair work. In conclusion, they do whatever they promise, so I say a great job well done.

I had same experience with this workshop. I bang into a car in jb, that happen to be the staff of this workshop. He say not to worry, his boss has a workshop in Singapore and they know what to do. They keep insisting no problem one, they know how to handle. The 'friendly' guy accompany me and my husband to the police station and offer to tow our car there. He offer someone fm Singapore to fetch us to IDAC to make report. They drove us to their workshop to sign a document to authorise them to make claim against Income. We kept asking them if they r NTUC authorised workshop they kept saying no worry, they can get the money one. Next day my hubby went to IDAC to make sure the car was there. But, not our car key. It's with the workshop. My hubby managed to get the car key back and pass to IDAC. Then next they keep calling my husband to return our carkey and insisting we shd let them service our car. Since then we never talk to them.

Best service, especially when their malaysian staff bang your car from the back at a very low traffic highway in Johor, then offered their best assistance to bring you to Johor Traffic police(can wait for you 5 hrs) to make traffic report, which they treat the station like their own home. Then they keep remind you every day by calling you to go to their workshop in Singapore to do the claim, and also you get to meet the most polite lady that tell you want do, dnt want go. Best workshop to recommend if your life is getting boring and want to see the real world outside, how ppl make money. If you guys encounter them you will know what i mean. PUI!!! The above is just my two cents worth comment. Pls dnt take it too seriously if you have not encounter what i have

The mechanics were very kind. They saw a small dent at the side of my car and offered to knock it out for free.
