The owner of this auto grooming service by the so called name Francis is condescending, rude and he slammed the phone on me when I told him I felt cheated to find out he changed the servicing location from Northpoint to Jurong after I signed the package. When I asked for a refund because I signed up based on the obvious reason of location and also upon verbal confirmation that they would remain at Northpoint, he cut me off and condescendingly said that the contract did not say Northpoint as the location and again condescendingly said I should have read the contract before I sign with them and if anything take it up to legal. After he slammed the phone on me, we contacted him again but he did not pick up the phone.
To Francis and auto makeover: if this is how you treat your paying customers, you do not deserve any. No customer would travel from one part of Singapore to another just to give business to a guy with such a horrible attitude like you.
Basically, there is no customer service care from the owner after they take your money from you if they change location. Totally regret signing up with them so to others, let my experience be a lesson for you guys.
