If there is a negative star button, I would give. From my experience, its best you don’T give yourself any headache and frustration and just don’T sign any package with Auto Makeover. Or if you stubbornly do, please read the terms very carefully before you sign with this company.

The owner of this auto grooming service by the so called name Francis is condescending, rude and he slammed the phone on me when I told him I felt cheated to find out he changed the servicing location from Northpoint to Jurong after I signed the package. When I asked for a refund because I signed up based on the obvious reason of location and also upon verbal confirmation that they would remain at Northpoint, he cut me off and condescendingly said that the contract did not say Northpoint as the location and again condescendingly said I should have read the contract before I sign with them and if anything take it up to legal. After he slammed the phone on me, we contacted him again but he did not pick up the phone.

To Francis and auto makeover: if this is how you treat your paying customers, you do not deserve any. No customer would travel from one part of Singapore to another just to give business to a guy with such a horrible attitude like you.

Basically, there is no customer service care from the owner after they take your money from you if they change location. Totally regret signing up with them so to others, let my experience be a lesson for you guys.

I had a very bad experience with this outlet. Initially, a guy salesman sold me a 5 times per year package. He promised that I can top up anytime before my I finished my package S$300 over to renew another 5 times over 2 years. When the times come, the lady denied such promise and call the guy to call me but he never did. This outlest has totally no customer service at all and waiting time is long and we have to make appointment according to their designated time. When I reach the appointed time, my car is still in the queue and have to wait for another 45 mins to 1 hour but the job takes about less than half an hour. I strongly discourage any potential customers or existing customers to take up any package or renew any package with this outlets.

Real disappointment for first timer like me taking up a package from them.

This is for the Marine Parade Central outlet.

I've used their service for over a year. As far as polishing is concerned, nothing to complain about - the workers do a decent job and are friendly.

Customer service is substandard. Their appointment system ties you to a time to send your car in, but doesn't give you any guarantee on when you'll get it back - it can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Worst thing is they won't be honest with you when it's a long wait and I've had to remove my car from the queue after an hour + of waiting on a number of occasions.

This is a regular enough occurrence that I've stopped sending my car there, even when I have lots of leftover sessions in my package.

I think they're ok. Sales personnel and manager is amicable and service rendered is fine with me. Workers do a good job and do not hesitate to be of help. No complains so far, although pricing is rather steep.

Nothing fantastic. Very expected. Prices are not that cheap as well. Salesman is polite but unsure of pricing and have to check again with the manager before getting back to me. Workers never do a detail job...shoddy workmanship. dirt can still be found in obvious areas like rims and control panel. The salesman is still touching up my car after polishing.

Satisfactory service rendered by managers and workers alike. Very thorough washing of the car too, taking into consideration the amount of water used. ( Bishan outlet ). People who want to experience a true car wash should send their cars there instead of going to the other outlets where the floor is hardly even wet. No offence meant, though.

I agree with you. I was formerly from TM, but since they closed I have had to go to Bishan instead. Even though I preferred TM, the services at Bishan are fairly good too. But I do wish that they would reopen the branch at TM coz its very inconvenient for me to go all the way to Bishan...

I recommend the services by the managers Alan and Ben at Bishan Driving Range. Unsatisfied customers should try the services there instead of comdemning the entire company as I think its unfair.

The polishing services are not too bad. So far I prefer the services by the manager at Ten Mile Junc. Very helpful and friendly. Workers are polite too. Good job ! Its really a shame they have to shift.... Wish they could stay lor...

Lousy services..Will not go there again. Not profesional. A lot of minus scratch and Swirl occur after their service. Now recover back on my own using 'meguiars' product. My workmanship its better than them. I Use about 24 hour to do but they only use 1 hour.

Ya ya. I agree with u! Lousy service! They think they are good but their workmanship and service really bad. They were known as Auto Clean previously, ai ya, encounter many problems with them.
