It was an absolutely fantastic and pleasantly wonderful claim experience with Alan's Auto. Bumper got hit from the side which ended up condenser and bumper plus front grille, headlights, all which requires replacement. Kenny did all the paper work, very professional and meticulous executive. Team of workers are very professional as well in putting things back together step by step. In the end, i felt my car was even better than to return to AD for such an incident. They have no issues with ECU electronics either (my fear). Boss Alan was so so nice a person, he decided to let me have courtesy car at no cost. Total number of downtime (Christmas and New Year, very disruptive period) was three weeks, in exchange of detailed, precise and excellent results. I just blabbered some items (car issues) that bugs me during my conversation with Kenny, and he got it all rectified! Simply amazing. Please, give Alan United a chance to prove to you...Their excellent services.

The one workshop I can entrust my car to. Gives honest recommendations and pricing I do not even want to bargain with them. They don't charge for simple jobs as well. Definitely my preferred workshop.

This is one workshop I will never recommend. Service attitude is bad, place is sleazy and it isn't a place that makes you feel safe to repair your car. Alan is the worst prick of all, over-charging and making it seem like it makes sense. Granted, he seems to have some technical knowledge, but well a con man gotta be convincing at least. I can find places not too far away with better services and better prices. I would never go back and will not recommend anyone.

I am Kathleen. We have a Nissan which was dented by a lorry. We were recommended by a friend Joseph to this workshop. We were really amazed by their expertise and customer care attitudes. Alan and Kenny are really very very helpful, in terms of accident claim knowledge, car maintenance and gave us confidence for their service. Besides, they are not calculative, they provide best solution to us, such as arranging use of car, claiming and repainting. Took my wife's car to get bodywork fixed last Monday. Job was excellent, completed on time and the staff were all extremely helpful. Lift to MRT when I dropped the car off was appreciated and I was very impressed that they delivered the car home when the work was done, at no cost! Best repair shop I have been to in Singapore.

Last week when my car was involved in an accident, I brought it to thiis workshop as it is one of the authorized workshop under my car insurance scheme. The boss Mr Alan was very helpful and courteous. The workers did a great cheap and charges were reasonable. Service was also professional.
Then this week, when I felt something else was wrong which were my tires, I went back to Alan, and he drove my car and I to another tyre workshop to get the tires checked.
Alan continued to render consistent great service and was courteous throughout. Unlike some of the mechanics that I have used who were more gruff and impatient.
Will definitely recommend him to friends and use his workshop in future

Went to change my battery and wipers, and check my tyres today. Service was prompt, staff were friendly and eager to provide advice. Was in and out of the workshop within 45 minutes. Will be back. Thanks to those who made the reviews. It was a good recommendation.

Highly recommended for repair and servicing. Friendly staff and courteous boss. Professional and ethical. No exorbitant charges. Shattered rear-window. Fixed at ~$100 plus repainting. Others quote $300-$400.

Honest boss with nothing to hide. Can repair they will recommend. My gearbox failed and he did not want to repair, cos he say its not worth it and recommended me to change car. Provides insurance claims with courtesy car of good quality. Reasonable labour charges, although not the cheapest, but provide very satisfactory workmanship.

I sent my car for insurance claim against 3rd party there before. Very glad that they gave me a courtesy car, and did a 100% claim against the other party. I did not have to do much work. Little hassle for me, and got things done. Recommended.
