Visited them again to do sound proofing and upgrading of the entire sound system. Now the drive felt like a moving golden village gold class standard. Lol. Their skill and knowledge in these areas are amazing and remarkable. Unfortunately the COE system don't allow me to change cars as when i liked. Guess that could be a good thing too? Maximizing the potential of a HU is not something every shop will do, especially with my humble 2850. This is rarely done according to HU distributor as well. Anyway I selected AB class equipment for active setup and also according to his advice since I highlighted I prefer vocal and he explained in detail about full bodied and refined output. Some glitches as there were mild popping sound at my speakers when I on/off engine. Went back to troubleshoot, changed new cable and stuff and eventually narrow down to amp as it's supposedly an improved version. Supplier came down also and the dedication to solve it was tremendous. As they take it behind the supply chain level to troubleshoot, gave me another brand new amp of equivalent class and off I go. Wow ... Now I know what he meant when the amp was full bodied vs refined. Serious stuff, never anyhow xian :D To solve this, can simply install a retarder but it will limit the equipment performance. No shortcuts and pure professionalism. Knowledge and ears really thumbs up. Big shoutout to say thank you to both yourself and your team. - Jordy Lai

The technical skill is not up to standard,the 'Expert audio Team' not able to get my audio sound optimize tuned for almost 2 years of trouble shooting.
